Only feedback to management is that I think the AC temp should be a little lower than 80. Its still warm in the unit area.

Going the extra mile of insuring out property remained protected when we took our lock with use home. We have had different property managers in our two years of being here and he is by far the only one to introduce himself to us and stayed on top of our needs as we added 2 new units with his suggestion.

Great place to store your goods. Super straightforward and they have occasional deals. Having to open up my phone app and open both the door and the elevator about x50 when you move in and out is horrible though. But it’s very clean and safe facility

We have used this Public Storage location for ten months as we have transitioned from Houston to San Antonio and we have had a very positive experience since day one. Public Storage had the best cost around. But it was their customer service from Pedro today that made a huge difference. We had movers on the clock moving furniture into the storage unit upstairs. When we had a problem getting a piece of furniture to fit in the freight elevator, Pedro stepped in and helped us secure a ground floor unit right away. Thank you.

Excellent Customer service and employee here that genuinely care. This was the best experience I've had moving storage from CubeSmart which was the absolute worst. This location has a restroom, strong AC, well lit and pleasant music playing! I even saw employees frequently cleaning and even cleaning the unoccupied units. The entry process is easy no gates and the prices are such a great deal and savings. I could buy 4 units at public storage for the price of 1 at Cubesmart. This location has the best and most convenient parking and plenty of entryways! I will be referring everyone to Public Storage from now on!
