I have stored at this location more than twice with differing management service experiences ranking both ends of the scale. The current Manager, Cathy, made every detail of my latest experience not only feasible while completing the initial rental online portion for me over the phone after searching for the best deal and unit for my needs; but comfortable, after taking care of not 1 but 2 maintenance issues that came up. Peg is awesome and very knowledgeable. The customer service was pretty great and it seems as if they are getting better at it. I thought that was pretty cool. It's nice to have someone there to have access to when needed and she seemed very helpful and informed me that if I needed to find anyone at the other property could call their location which I thought was convenient.

I have been renting at the facility for many years and recently took a new unit. The staff Kathye and Paul were very helpful in making this happen as smoothly as possible. the main problem has been the access since the extended system has been operational, the experience has not been as expected too many outages causing difficulty in gaining entry.
I met an awesome lady Ms. Kathye who made my afternoon. Exceptional customer service and very friendly. Looking forward to renting storage at this facility.

The place it self was a 1 star when I first saw it ... Speaking of the Public Storage location on 1938 NE Loop 410 ... But ever since miss Kathye Young has taken over the place you can literally see the difference and how clean it has gotten ... I can only imagine the kinda hard work she has had to put in on a daily basis just to get that place into decent shape which at first I thought it would be almost impossible but thanks to her hard work dedication and professionalism it has ...little by little she has turn that dump into a decent place ... Good job miss Kathye ... Public Storage is very lucky to have a person as knowledgeable and as nice as you ... 5star employees 3 star at best location....

Crystal was so helpful in helping me to switch units. This is my first time getting a storage unit and I had no idea which size I needed. It turns out the one I initially got was too small. She helped me to transfer to a bigger unit and was so helpful and nice.

Teresa is a rock star! She may be new to the job but she’s an old pro! I appreciated all of her help this weekend. I also love this Public Storage location. I only meant to rent for a short period of time but due to unforeseen circumstances I was there much longer. But I have had nothing but great service accessing my unit and have had all my questions answered. The only issue I have had was with the price going up twice since originally renting but I understood that was universal across all public storages and my location did all they could to stave off the price increases for as long as possible on each occurrence.
Meigan is very friendly and knowledgeable. She had to do it twice because I wanted one with the $1 first month special. The unit I chose did not have that. So she had to find one that did have it and redo it. She wasn't upset about it at. I hope to see her again. If I ever have to rent another unit I hope she is there again.
I've used this facility for many times for over 20 years and I recommend them for all of your storage needs.
