Used this storage unit for about a year. Never stored any food. They have a serious rat problem at this place. The photo is of the rat droppings and foam pulled out of a chair by rats. Good prices, but I wouldn't use them again.

As of today they said they was doing my stuff out in the streets after I pay a full month's rent purposely took my card off file then cut off my lock change my gate code with my permission then made it seem as if I didn't pay my first month's rent back in August which initially is how I got my unit 1610 and they are very unprofessional say don't clean the toilets and it smell like cat piss all over the property. And due to the damage done to my property they still not trying to give me my insurance claim.

Manager is very nice, but I had my belongings in there for less than 2 months and it was all covered in mouse poop and pee. I had no food or anything of that nature in the unit.
Great experience
I had a pretty good rate, but rates don't matter for storage units. All storage places seem to use the same algorithm to raise rates periodically "according to the market" - talk about price-fixing!!! Despite saying that I'm willing to continue paying at my current rate, asking for them not to raise my monthly payment because there is an animal accessing my unit and pooping all over everything and yet I haven't complained (but I did tell someone who worked here a while back), they still decided to continue to raise it by almost $50/mo.! There doesn't seem to be much human decision-making in that department, but at least the latest property managers are good at calling back and putting my case in for me, even if the algorithm seems to be making all the decisions...
It may be good that they decided not to, because as I'm cleaning out my unit, I'm having to throw away pool floats that the animal tore up!
BtW, there is no electricity in my unit and all they said about that when I told them a year ago is that I'm paying for the space, not the electricity! Check it out before you sign! And I would also check for signs of animal-access, especially between units 5759 - 5764, if not others!

I would avoid this location. Our unit has been broken into 3 times in 2 years now and nothing is done to improve security while the rates continue to increase.
I am not a week late and they keep all my stuff in there took my access away and is charging me late fees already made arrangements to pay in a couple days and the guy on site was being a complete jerk I asked to just be walked back to grab my sons pull ups and pee pads and he told me no if I walk in the gate it is trespassing and they will get me for trespassing if I walk in the gate this is a joke of a company

Had my unit broken into here. Honestly sounded like an inside job.
They unscrewed the wall panel that separated my unit and a small unit behind mine and shifted it to get in and when I brought it up to the front desk they said they “didn’t have anyone occupying that unit”. Filed a police report and an insurance claim and I was moved to another unit cause I didn’t have another place set yet. After a few months and constantly going to check my unit everyday, I left after finding rats were going through that unit.
Save yourself the stress and money. Don’t rent here.
The customer service was excellent. If I had a question Cara was very knowledgeable and answered it for me. Very professional and clean in the compound. If she is not in the office you can always find her on the premises making sure the facility is clean and secure. I left a message and she returned my call asap. Never used a public storage always used somewhere else. I am definitely staying it has bee a great experience

Do not put your stuff here. I started my lease in june/july. I come in November and everything I had in storage has been destroyed by RATS. I moved a box and one jumped out on me, another was dead in the corner and everything was covered in feces. I tried to clean out as much as I could salvage which was next to nothing. I was told to leave the stuff there because I could not use the dumpster on the premises and because the waste was hazardous.
It’s now almost march, I’ve been charged every month this hasn’t been sorted out. I asked to simply be refunded for one month and this unit taken off my lease. I’ve been down to the location multiple times and nobody shows up to work. I do not blame them. Finally caught someone today and he was new this week and had to deal with multiple angry customers. He put me on speaker someone named Dana or Diana and she told me that I was given misinformation about what I should do, that I would not be given any refund, and that if I don’t pay the release of items fee that she would be sending it over to ruin my credit. I have the district managers number but he has refused to answer my calls even though the poor worker today called him once and he answered and basically said let someone else deal with it.
The worker said this would be his first and last week working there. Since November, I have worked with about 3 or 4 different people on this case who quit.
They also went up on the unit price for the second unit I had to get at another location to place to store the things I could salvage.

3 stars only the fact that we paid $45 to start on their smallest unit. That was 2 yrs ago now they want $109.00. Later DayZ should've invested 2yrs ago on our own shed.
I got a unit at the public storage and the receptionist was very nice her name was Miss Wendy we got a small unit and she was gladly to help us upgrade it with no problems I will recommend this to family and friends to this location she was very helpful and nice
The staff is very helpful and my belongings are secured well. The property is very safe and well maintained.
Less than a hundred bucks a month for a room full of stuff
They have a lot of rats they chewed all the wires to our TV's and chewed through the pipes in our washer and dryer and we had to throw away our queen mattress
