SANDI and GABBY were extremely helpful, i received a awesome promotion online, contacted public storage to verify my reservation, but then repeatedly it was messed up on the Public Storage servers. from Monday to Friday i worked with public storage corporate to fix their errors and honor my promotion reservation and email confirmation. 2 good corporate reps, and 4 corporate reps with horrible behavior failed to fix the server reservation pricing to match the emailed reservation from oem corporate Public Storage. and 1 corporate manager refused to work with me even though I'm had email receipt and email print screens and was the worst behavior I've seen given i had been emailed the promotion. Finally by Friday after exhausting my time with corporate i met with SANDI to try and resolve the issue and try to get the onsite location servers to honor my promotion price i had emails confirming the promo and pricing from corporate email but they wouldn't work onsite. working through her contacts and calling a few managers, SANDI took the time, both politely and proactively to resolve the pricing to match the promotion i had been emailed. i dont know what she did exactly on the backend, but considering i made about 15 calls from Monday to Thursday to corporate which failed to resolve the issue. I assume, it wasn't the easiest procedure to get pushed through. BUT, SANDI took the time to solve my issue completely. THANKS SANDI

Unfortunately covid has had lingering effects on my career and like so many others I find myself struggling to make ends meet. Storage rent is always late but Sandi always makes sure she calls to help me avoid late fees if I'm able to and makes numerous attempts even when I don't always answer. It's obvious she cares about the tenants. I appreciate her so much.

I love my storage unit and especially my storage family is what I love to call them. Ms Sandy I may not have spelled it right but she is a wonderful woman. Terrible place to store, there are a-lot of break ins due to a cut open fence. Next storage facility over has broken windows from gun shots. Employee had stated they had not received their entire paycheck due to the district manager. Corporate needs to get their act together. Store with a company that actually cares and doesn’t up your rent every 90 days.

Excellent customer service. I have spoken with Manny multiple times, and he has been able to help with any concerns/issues I have had. After using 3 other storage facilities, I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. They have gone above and beyond for me.

I have been storage unit holder all over the state of Texas, as well as in Utah. This specific location has been the most friendly and helpful of any I've ever experienced. Moreover, the manager/associate that helped maintain my situation was pretty stellar. I looked forward to her phone calls and updates on everything. Thank you so much for helping Zoey! Highly recommend these storage units, especially the climate controlled ones.

This particular location is close to our house, and a good value compared to other storage facilities in our area. I like that all transactions can be handled via the PS app, even signing the rental contract! It was a little difficult to find our unit, but overall a great rental experience to store mother's belongings.

Things had gotten tougher between my new work schedule with HEB and my availability. The payment schedule was really throwing me for a loop with the timed notifications and I was very confused about the due dates. Great little storage space

I will never again use a public storage. We had our RV camper there for 4 months and they went from charging $91 plus tax to $121 plus tax. We weren't even there 6 months. Their excuse was everybody's charging that amount - lies - I called around. We were able to move it to a bigger space for $75 (includes tax). They only had 1 RV spot. So in essence we got ripped off. Think before you go to a place that lies.

This place is infested with bugs we had Coach Roaches all in our boxes had to throw away quite a bit for the infestation. I reported it to the manager and filed a claim and nothing has be done. I ADVISE anyone to choose another storage location.

I called the site manager to conference about the increase in our rates. I explained that I could go online and get a larger unit at a cheaper rate at their site, and that after being with them for 5 years, we were a little upset. He immediately submitted a request to his superiors. Within 3 days he got back to me and had secured a much better rate for us. We appreciate the response, the help, the attention that this matter was given, and the consideration given to us. We have always enjoyed this 1000 Oaks facility and we have had 3 different locations in the past. Thank you to George for his great help.

I just want to let everyone know the price your quoted is not the price you’ll pay. After 6 months they increase your rent and say that the price you signed up for is just a promo rate and that after a few months and then each year after they will continue to increase your rent. They conveniently leave this out during sign up, Super shady...they should tell you that upfront when you sign up! My rent went up $20 a month now, If I would have known that I would have went down the road to the new storage facility that was just built and got a unit that was the exact same size but temperature controlled for the same price or a little cheaper! I was going to keep this unit for a few years but after finding out that after only 6months they increased my rent and then each year after that they’re going to continue to increase my rent again they lost my business! I pay my rent on time every month and I’m never late...what a way to reward your customers. I’ll be leaving this company now and moving my stuff to a new storage company that will earn my business for the next year to two years until my home is built.

Hate this place. Hidden fees and rate increases at any given moment. Oh... if you do rent a unit be sure and measure your unit before you put items in. There's fine print in that huge contract that they don't have to be the dimensions they advertise. 3 feet under is a pretty marketable difference when you're renting a 10X10. Run!!

Nice staff, Clean facilities, reasonable prices, hard to move larger vehicles through the traffic patterns and the exit is difficult to operate.

The manager George is awesome and this is the nicest facility I went to and I got a killer price. 125 a month for a climate controlled 10x20!

Very helpful staff and unlike some other climate controlled places this place is actually cold while it was over a hundred degrees outside it was nice and cool inside

George and the rest of the staff have always been so friendly and helpful...I would highly recommend this storage facility..I’ve never had a problem in 4yrs!!...Kudos !!!

The manager is ridiculous. He called the cops on me for having a drill on premises. I was opening my unit, with the lock belonging to me. I can do what i want with MY property. He also called the cops on a neighbor because she was there 15 minutes after 10pm. He tried to have a customer arrested for trespassing!! 15 Minutes! What a d-bag.

Alex and George helped me find the best storage unit for my belongings and are so nice when I stop by to make a payment. The location is always clean. There is plenty of space for even the large u-hauls to fit and turn around.

George is definitely a team player! I walked in with many questions and he answered them all very timely. He mentioned "we are all under the orange door" which let me know it wasn't about competing from different locations but helping the customer make the right choice in location based on what was best for the customer. Great service! When I arrived there the property manager had just locked the office to go to lunch. When she saw me by the door she opened the office right away to help me. She was very helpful and kind. Her name was Melissa Walker and she gave me excellent tips on packing and storing my items. This was the first time I've rented a storage and she made the whole process go smoothly.

I want to start off by saying George is great! George is the only decent aspect of this place. This year during all the rain my unit flooded, George was kind enough to call me and let me know that my unit may have flooded and he went in with me to check it out. The majority of my things were ruined, I had the insurance and I am still waiting for a response. The company did not fix the problem and the next time it rained the rest of my belongings were ruined. I asked for another unit and I was told tat I could have a smaller unit and keep the one I had and pay for them both. i was also told by the young man who was working the day of the second flood that the district manager was willing to help out in this matter and to topic off the rent was raised a month later. I warn everyone to stay away from this company.

Was about to rent a unit there but the lady there was TOO pushy on trying to get me to review the place. I literally just walked out. It's like she wouldnt let me pay until I left a 5 star review. Well, here is your review, P.s. They have hidden fees! I spent 20 minutes looking at a unit and when I was about to pay, all these fees came up out of no where! No way are all these reviews legit.

You won't be disappointed. This location is maintained in a very clean, neat fashion. The roads are in fine condition as are the individual storage units. The management is friendly, helpful and on top of things. If your home just won't hold all of your possessions, this Public Storage location is the answer. You'll wonder why you didn't think of it sooner.
