Very bad customer service.. Te receptionist who war's working today was showing a bad attitude and refused to show us the available storage spaces and more over she was busy cooking her food and the smell was disgusting and very strong and she almost kick us outside so she could finish her food cooking, I don't know if her manager allowing her to act in such manner and ignore any potential customers.
This place is wonderful, Mary was a massive help and we can’t thank her enough for her time! She gave us options and helped us make the best choice for our family in a difficult time for us
All ways clean and it has a lot of storage
Public Storage was a God-send to us while we were between homes during our recent moves. Mary at the Fulshear store (29105 FM 1093) went out of her way to help us when we instantly needed an extra unit for items that would not fit into our moving pods. She was knowledgeable and friendly and worked to get us the best deal possible, even finding a second unit across the hall from the first one! The facility is always immaculate and well maintained. We will be keeping a smaller unit permanently and are so blessed to have come across Mary and her place!
Mary was extremely helpful/kind during the entire process. Definitely recommend Public Storage for your storage needs! You won’t be disappointed.

I stopped by to view a small unit 5x10” to be exact, when i walked in the lady there didn’t speak didn’t even acknowledge my presence, i asked if they were open since she simple ignored me as a customer, I told her that she didn’t even speak/greet me as a customer She had a rude unpleasant look on her face, i asked if i can view a 5x10” she said thru the door and make a left, i came back and asked how much she rudely said 95.00(which is incorrect per the website linked to that location) per the site that unit is 57.00. I asked if she was the only one that works here and she said yes. Whomever this lady is she’s rude, and racist my experience in the 4min time frame was extremely unpleasant and beyond unprofessional i hate that there’s people like her.

It started rocky at first,, but my patients was short that day. The place is clean well maintained for being new and management is always smiling and ready to help.
This place is fabulous. Mrs. Mary is so sweet and kind! She helped us when my mom moved to the area. She helped us when we needed a bigger unit and even offered my mom a bottle of water and a seat to rest while she was moving things in! Excellent customer service!
I have had a great experience at this Public Storage in Fulshear. It is very clean and when I needed to transition to a larger unit Mary was an incredible help! Very friendly place, great service, clean like new units. I highly recommend them.
