I just rented another 10 X 5 unit at this Public Storage facility on FM 1093 (Westpark Tollway) in Fulshear. Theresa, the office administrator, was EXCELLENT and made the entire registration process so very easy. I really appreciated her attention to detail and her focus on customer service. If you need to rent a storage unit, I recommend this clean, secure facility with outstanding staff!

I visited several storage places, as we were preparing for a move and needed a small storage to declutter our home for our sale-listing.
Several of the places did not have staff on the premises. At all. No employee there to help. You had to go online only and ask/reserve etc. the customer service was nonexistent. In fact, one place on FM 1463, near HEB, scheduled an appointment with me to show me around and then I got there and no employee. I called the 1-800 number and no one ever came.
But at PS, ,Mary and nikko showed me different unit options. I signed up and rented for a few months. They made it smooth and easy. The space was clean when I moved “in”.
Today, I moved out bc the space is no longer needed (sold our home!) and check out was super easy.
Thank you again to Mary and Nikko. They make this storage facility better than all the others.

Our first storage experience went so well, we got a second unit! Very clean, well designed, high tech (except a few issues inside required we punch in a code instead). Management very helpful as well.

Recently moved into a 10'x15' unit. The staff (Mary) is awesome! Answered all questions with transparency. I've rented from other facilities. However, you will be hard-pressed to find a better facility and attentive staff. I highly recommend this facility.
