Harrison and Connie really made my experience smooth and accommodating. I wasn't expecting to rent today, but I went ahead with it because my interactions with them. 10 out of 10 for me.
For the last couple of years we have rented different spaces here. At first it was of a challenge when we needed answers or things repaired (lights, locks, etc)
HOWEVER, when Harrison arrived on site things changed so much for the better for all tenants. He takes time to listen, acts quickly to solve any issues and is fantastic when it comes to customer service. If he says he is going to do something, you can count on him. It really makes a difference knowing tht you have someone in your corner to help out should there be an issue. If you are thinking that you need storage and this location is close...you can rent with assurance that you will be taken care of like family.

Rented a great space, in convenient and safe location in Richardson but the best part of the experience was the help and support we received from site manager Harrison. Harrison was kind, thoughtful, professional respectful knowledgeable, helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a successful move in of our belongings. He even made sure we had water to hydrate as the day was so hot and humid. Made us feel like valued and welcomed clients!

2200 K Ave is nice. 920 Audelia however, lights are all burned out. Very dark in there. And raised the price of 2 units $165/mo more! Many are grumbling & moving their storage out. Kiosk. No humans. Bathroom locked. We moved my gf to 2200 K Ave. Brilliant lighting, roomy parking, compliments from customers. 2200 K Ave Plano. Upgrade DQ across K Ave. Outdoor eastside covered seating!
I have a climate controlled storage space cheaper than outside space. Well the storage just went up $27. I signed a contract for $89 now it just went up violating the contract ? How can companies change the contract with out me signing a new contract !!
