The lady there.. I think her name is destiny has great customer service, has helped me finding a storage place that was in my price range and reliable, and to guarantee that if anything were to happen with my storage that everything would be ok as far as the policy and so forth.. she’s amazing

I suppose when it comes to storage units, integrity isn't exactly a priority in their business model, so my expectations were very low. The space itself is satisfactory, but there are definite concerns with the accounting and billing system. I signed up at the beginning of January, paid all my fees, and three days later received a late rent notice, which seems impossible. Customer service was a waste of time, and the discrepancies between my documents and their records were concerning. I only need the storage for three months, so I won't fuss over the unjustified extra $200. My expectations were low given the nature of this business, and it seems to operate in a very scammy manner, so my advice would be to expect miscellaneous expenses that weren't communicated and use it short-term, then move on.

The district manager of this location was one of the nicest and most professional people I have interacted with for quite some time. She is amazing!

Disappointed. Entry and exit to property is inefficient. No light in my unit or hall nearby. Requested to fix twice and was told I’d hear back within 72 due to the issue being escalated. It’s been 3 weeks. You have my +$300, but only for one month.

2200 K Ave is nice. 920 Audelia however, lights are all burned out. Very dark in there. And raised the price of 2 units $165/mo more! Many are grumbling & moving their storage out. Kiosk. No humans. Bathroom locked. We moved my gf to 2200 K Ave. Brilliant lighting, roomy parking, compliments from customers. 2200 K Ave Plano. Upgrade DQ across K Ave. Outdoor eastside covered seating!

Poor communication and never anyone at facility

I have a climate controlled storage space cheaper than outside space. Well the storage just went up $27. I signed a contract for $89 now it just went up violating the contract ? How can companies change the contract with out me signing a new contract !!

i was giving wrong information 4 times. When i made my reservations i was told i would only like $25 plus tax to move in. WRONG!! The representative failed to tell me that i would be paying $20 for a lock i didnt need. i was told once i finish the esign online that i would get a gate code and will have access to the storage. i called back 3 more times and they all said the same thing. On the last time i called is when i was told my reservation was changed to the next day. nobody called, email or text to notify me. i went to purchase a uhaul to take my things to storage to find out that i didn’t have no access. which made me come out of more money for the uhaul because i had to keep it a extra day till i get access to my storage. My whole experience was based on lies and for this to be my first time needing a storage has been a nightmare. Hopefully i will never need a storage anymore and if i do i most definitely will not be using this company.

Faye was awesome. She was so patient and kind The 1st unit I reserved just didn't seem big enough. She gladly showed me another unit. She explained everything to me.
