I’m pleased thus far with my experience with Public Storage. From the ease of making a reservation online to the courteous service I received in person. The staff was prompt and responsive to me as a new renter and it’s truly appreciated.

Was helped by Miranda at this location. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a manner where I could understand. Best customer service experience ever!!

Friendly and customer service oriented

A very clean facility and security is very tight just know that your stuff is in good hand at this public storage. If you have any problems or issues the district manager is very helpful and willing to answer all questions I give them five stars on great service.

Had a great sign up experience! Pro-tip, sign up online for cheaper rates. Keep in mind that storage prices do fluctuate so the prices may change later, but they do notify you beforehand. They have a convenient app for entry and keep the place clean. I did have an issue, but Justus, the district manager personally reached out to resolve it. I really appreciate their great customer service and will return for future storage needs. 👏

I was extremely, thankful for the FANTASTIC service I received by Mr. King on January 20th. The service he provided by asking me the pertinent questions required to make sure I rented the correct size for my storage needs was EXCELLENT. Mr. King was also very patient and helpful with helping me download the storage app and walking me through how to access the facility. Mr. King was very friendly and courteous and considering i was the only one coming in and out of the storage he made me feel very safe by being very mindful of my comings and going. I had to travel more than 10 times back and forth to the storage in one morning because of my lack of sufficient transport. Mr. King was very mindful of when i entered and left (not having too) which made me feel very safe. The facility is extremely clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I really appreciate Mr. Kings, friend customer service, attention my specific storage needs.

Please BEWARE before renting a storage unit here. They will continue to go up on the prices. In 2020 I was paying around $133 a month for a 10 x 10.. By the beginning of this year, they had raised the monthly rent of my unit to $170. OUTRAGEOUS! I tried downsizing to a much smaller unit to save $$$ and was told that I wouldn’t be able to get the discounted rate as advertised online due to the fact that I was already a tenant. How does that make any sense? I immediately vacated and took my $$$ and belongings down the street to a much more affordable storage facility.

Great staff, King was very helpful and answered my questions and helped me with the locks and purchasing boxes too. I rented 2 units and they are near each other on the same hallway The units are clean as is the facility as well. Great prices too, especially when you rent on line....you will save even more.

Girl up front was very friendly. Stars are for the lack of calling back when you leave a message and the facility is lacking in space to move in and out freely without having to have another at their unit move their vehicle in order to get by. The gate access isn't really easy access either and you have to get out of your vehicle to get to box for the code and when another is trying to get in, a wait is a must to get on about your day.

It is always a pleasure to see Mr. King when I frequent my storage unit for business inventory. He is always professional and helpful.

This location is horrible. It looks nice and is kept clean, but I had a storage unit here for almost 3 years. In the period of three years, eight of those months I would come and make a payment and the gates were wide open and the back doors were wide open. I had to make a phone call up the chain of command two see why this was happening. I eventually got a phone call back after leaving a message with the Chief Operations about Leaving the facility insecure for almost 6 months at that point. The agreed amount that I signed on with was $42. After an increase to $50, they automatically added an insurance charge without me signing for it. I was able to have it removed after another facility told me I wasn’t obligated to have that insurance. Three months later, this location goes in and readjust the amounts to add in the insurance charge without my approval again. In the end, they apparently turned my account over to a creditor was because like many times, I went turn in my lock or key and let them know I was vacating, and as usual there’s no attendee and the doors are locked. This forced me to come back on the third of the month and attached another month billing cycle because I was unable to withdraw my account on notice. Find a different public storage if possible because this one is horribly run. They aren’t all like this.

I had to get an additional unit and Mr. King was very helpful and patient just like he was when I got my first unit. The place is always clean inside and around the building.

Mr. King was great with setting my unit up and helping me understand the layout of the storage facility. He has excellent customer service. The facility is well kept and access is super easy. There is also a well kept restroom that is available to use.

Rent is too high, since it goes up the longer you rent. Would think there would be specials for those long time clients. When I get where I can move what I have in storage or get rid of it, I most likely will not use them again.

My experience thus far is good. The property is in a nice location and in a nice condition. The property Manager, King, is very helpful and knowledgeable.

A good place to store your stuff, when you need more room.

This was my first time using a storage facility and the process was seamless. I rented a storage unit online. I arrived to the property and Mr. King was immediately available to help. He walked me through the process and even offered to give me a bigger storage space if I'd underestimated the size I needed. I'd definitely recommend using this site if the need arises.

Reserving my unit was fast, easy, and when I ran into a glitch along the way (my fault only), he patiently and confidently led me through the process. I am not one to freely make recommendations or give endorsements unless the quality of the services received are top notch!! This was the case with Mr. King!! It's a rare quality to meet someone in the service industry who genuinely cares about the customer. Clearly Mr. King does!!

This facility was used to store church donations that will be giving out to the public. Our church didn't have the space needed to store the merchandise. We needed someplace safe, secured, well lighted, clean, and excellent customer service. After reading countless reviews at many other facilities, we decided to visit this location for a tour. "Mr. King" introduced himself, gave a very warm welcome (as soon as we walked in he door). He answered our many questions, gave us a tour of the property, and his recommendations on what would be best the best fit for our need. Needless, to say, the property is very nice and clean and the grounds are very well kept. We moved in during the day, but did drive by at late evening just to see what it looked like, and sure enough...the whole property was lit up, quite, and secure! Thank you Mr. King for EVERYTHING! it's because of your exceptional superb hospitality and warm welcome, we knew our communities donations was in a great and safe facility without any worries. Great place to store everything climate control

Mr King the manager is very nice and helpful. The place is very clean and neat and my husband and I have had a great experience every time we have to take something to our storage and the prices for a climate control are very reasonable.

Renting a storage unit was one of the Best decisions I could have made .Mostly due to my confidence in Mr.King .He was always resourceful, helpful and Diligent with attending to or responding to any my many requests. I was always greeted with a warm friendly tone and stayed updated with relevant information about important changes or updates to my account . Mr. King is a gentleman & a professional . He treated me with respect & patience !! We lost my 92yr. old father back in Sept. 2020 & Mr. King let me share that with as well as my wife's 3month hospital stay in 2020 with a intestinal blockage with emergency surgery of which she is recovering now at home. I have great experience at this public storage location. All the managers are always nice, friendly and pleasant especially Mr. king. He took care of my first unit till I transferred to a bigger unit in the same location. Never had an issue. Furthermore i like the fact that the building is bright and well ventilated.

Started off good when I first rented out my storage but when I went to go cancel my account I arrived at 5:52p and they had locked the door already because they close at 6p. Staff member inside waved to me that they were already closed for the day. Price keeps going up and up.

December 3 On the 1st I went in and a new rep greeted me. Mr. King Wetstone. I truly appreciate his customer service. i had many questions and he assured me that he would call me with answers. I was presently surprised when my phone rang and it was him. He did not disappoint me and he answered all my questions. He was able to resolve my issue. Once again, pubic storage provided great service for my needs. I went in to public storage very confused about my account. I met Connie there today for the first time. Thank God she was there. She patiently listened to my concerns and was happy to explain options to me. Connie really solved all my issues. You don’t find many people willing to go above and beyond the way she did. She is the reason I will continue with public storage.

This is by far the best Public Storage I've used. I've used 2 in Austin and now moving my daughter's stuff to this location. Mr.King was awesome and very thorough. The process was quick and very simple. Mr.King was very pleasant over the phone and in person.

This weekend Connie and Justin helped me get all set up with my storage unit. Even though I had my unit all setup through online reservation, Connie was able to get me into the next size up still getting me my online pricing. Not to mentioned Connie was good about listening to what I wanted in a storage unit and going above and beyond to accommodate me. For example, it was important to me that my unit had climate control. Well Connie made sure that my unit was not close to the doors or outside. Therefore, my unit would not be so exposed to the humidity. In turn Justin was good about keeping my 4 year old entertained giving me a chance to talk to Connie and getting my paper worked signed. Connie even helped me carry out my boxes to the car, which she did not have to do. Thanks Connie and Justin

Amazing managee and amazing service

Customer service here is terrible, the previous employees were jems and knew how to operate their property effectively. Now the phones are never answered even with a property manager on site, gates are frequently broken, and the “climate controlled” units are hotter than the outside units. Lastly, every few months there is a price increase, making the units $50+ dollars higher than online pricing.

I felt comfortable knowing that uhaul representatives took our health into consideration and made sure everything was sanitized and clean . I opened a new account and Arthur answered all my questions and even helped me understand each storage size lol. Thank you Arthur !

I normally go to uhaul for a storage rental for years. But I Recently moved to this area and wasn’t sure so I was passing by just took a chance and went in. I had a lot of things from my old house I didn’t want to take with me but didn’t want to lose so I talked with Charnele over the phone she was beyond sweet and had a lot of patience with me because I wasn’t really sure about my storage size and fees I wanted to pay . So she set everything up and made sure I was good to go when I got to the store jada was there and she was very cheerful they where a strong team together and I loved how they communicate with eachother. Because a lot of employees always say they going to leave notes and never do but these two girls I liked them . Plus they where pretty funny so I would definitely be coming back to this location with them if ever needed.

They were very nice and also patient. I wouldn’t mind going back .

***Take your money elsewhere*** They have raised their prices 3 times in 2019. Gates didn't work for months. Never any carts around and the sliding doors in the back section don't work. Can't pay this much money if they can't have everything working or available.

Broken Gates, which means that does remain unlocked. Hate will not let you out when you try to leave before 9:00 PM. District and regional manager don't respond to emergency emails. Been waiting 30 minutes for someone to get back with me. Thus I am stuck with no way to get out or home.

My rental unit is at another location. I normally drop in to pay my Bill because this location is more convenient to where I live. The property manager Latonia always gives me great customer service. If I could change locations to Pearland I would.

My moving was very stressful but when it was time to decide on my storage space at Public Storage (Pearland location) Ms. Dinetta made it a little more easy. She was very knowledgeable and recommended the best space at a great price. Good looking out Ms. D! And thanks!

Overpaid on a $1 special unit (moved out EARLY) back in December of 2018, and have both called/emailed customer service on 3 different occasions over the past 2 months and have yet to hear from District Manager - Kevin Thacker or his Regional Director to authorize the REFUND. As of 4/3/19 - I still have not received a call back nor REFUND, even though I left a voicemail message with District Manager - Kevin Thacker ... 2 weeks ago.

The facilties are very clean & the employees are very nice. Their security SUCKS. We have been renting since July of 2018. The east entrance gate has been OPEN for the last month & non functional almost every time we are there. The climate controlled area doors are OPEN ALL THE TIME. I have complained multiple times. There is ALWAYS an EXCUSE. The rent went up this month!!! I asked for a decrease til every thing was fixed. This is REDICULOUS!!! We will be moving soon.
