Danielle in Manvel is amazing she is super helpful and professional. Although I have been on the property awhile under different management and owner public storage and Danielle set the bar!!! she has been the best public storage staff member I have encountered she takes her time to go beyond the measure of great customer service you can definitely tell she loves her job and people . If you rent at this location ask for Danielle she’s top tier customer service .

I have a climate control unit the AC been out for over 4 months now. I filed a insurance claim because my candle business was stored in there. My soft wax melted and all of my fragrance oil were ruin because of the heat. I live in Texas and the weather is hot so image what the unit is inside. The insurance denied my claim and public storage is still charging me for climate control even though the AC is out. They can't move me to another unit because they don't have that size available. The general manager hasn't contacted me yet. It's been 4 months. This place is trash.

I am a former tenant of Unit #1133 at the Public Storage facility situated at 5959 Alpha Rd, Dallas, TX 75240. I wish to express my significant concerns regarding my recent experience with this establishment. Having leased the unit for nearly two years, I initially encountered exemplary service from the property manager. However, as time progressed, it became apparent that management had undergone changes. In the weeks leading up to my departure, I made multiple attempts during office hours to visit the location, only to find it consistently unmanned. Despite leaving voicemail messages, my attempts to procure packing materials were unsuccessful, necessitating visits to an alternative Public Storage site. Upon vacating the unit on June 21st and returning the keys (photographic evidence enclosed), I observed a concerning lapse in security. The lockbox was broken and left unsecured, posing a serious risk for a facility designed to safeguard personal belongings. Despite leaving voicemails expressing my concerns, it took several days for a response confirming my move-out, with assurances of forthcoming documentation that, as of this writing, I have yet to receive. Regrettably, I recently discovered a charge of $204.00 applied to my account despite no longer utilizing the unit. Following persistent efforts, I finally spoke with a representative who promised a refund, though I remain apprehensive about the execution given the lack of communication regarding my move-out status. My dissatisfaction extends beyond financial concerns. The lack of responsiveness and security oversight at this Public Storage location reflects poorly on the company's standards. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly and would appreciate direct communication with senior leadership to address these issues and ensure appropriate resolution.

Danielle was such a bubbly person! She was helpful, kind and overall just phenomenal customer service. I would recommend coming, she’ll take care of you.

Danielle was phenomenal. I’ve been at this location for several years under two different companies. The leadership and assistance Danielle provided was the most I’ve had in years! She is very knowledgeable and offered excellent customer service!

Spoke with Dawn and she was a tremendous help. Very honest and informative. I was contemplating vacating due to another rate increase however after speaking with her I have decided to stay. I truly appreciated her customer service!
