We have used this storage facility for years, and Kale and the team have gone above and beyond to support us. The entire team is incredibly caring, and truly dedicated to making life a little easier for all tenants.
The staff was Great and informative however the product description lacks information. Ive sign up on line for a 10x15 with a full roll up door. When picking up the lock and key found that the door was modified to a partial opening. My product will not fit through the modified rigged opening. I asked the attendant to assist me with a unit with full function door. Stated, no refunds, full price for different unit plus a transfer fee. I left it alone. We have not stored anything as of yet. Plus the unit itself has drywall missing. The locking mechanism is bent and rusty. The modified opening struggles to role up. I will probably not be able to use the space. Its in pretty bad shape. It appears that garage doors may be due replacements. Again, the staff on site was friendly and informative, but did not have the authority to override. The rating is for the staff.

This place is not like it was before, they have renovated and got rid of all the cars n trucks parking. Now it’s all climate controlled buildings there.

The storage facility was very well maintained, clean, and secure. The customer service was excellent — friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed.

Place is very accommodating. We literally drove around for hours looking for a place in the area. This place was the best. Hands down.
The self-service move in experience was very smooth. We moved our stuff in on a Sunday when the front office was closed, but everything we needed was in the app so we were able to access our indoor, climate-controlled unit even though we had never been there before. Prices seemed reasonable and the place was very clean and well kept.

Shannon was great and easy to rent with. I just got the unit today so I can’t speak for security or anything. The units are new and clean, not sure if the old reviews are from the old owners. So far so good, but I wish they were open later than 6 for access

I really was in a tight bind and needed help figuring out things and getting stuff done, really frustrated and overwhelmed, but when I spoke to kale in the front office she was very professional very informative, and very patient with me and my thousands of questions…she helped me with my situation so fast ,and I do mean she got on it as soon as she could,, She made my day words cannot express how thankful I am of her. Would definitely recommend when going in to ask for KALE! She is the best!!!

Thank you to TY for helping me with my problem and what happened to me and my family. They change the price of your unit out of no where. On my birthday my storage got broken into. I think they did it because I was late on my payment. I paid them before the date they gave me before my lock got cut and they still cut my lock & called me the next day saying my unit was broke into. Took all my wife and kids clothes and other stuff.

I’ve had my trailer parked here for almost a year. Recently my credit card expired so I switched over to a new card. The auto-renew didn’t follow over to the new card but they called to let me know so I didn’t miss my payment.
So thankful for them going out of their way to help me avoid late fees or worse!

Came in yesterday to see unit the guy in here was not I'm the office and the door was open I was in the office for awhile and no one came to the front had to scream hello for the guy to show up asked to see the unit he just took me to the unit asked to see the unit and he said no that I had to rent it to see it .
