Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 12260 Bandera Road, Helotes, TX

Plenty of room for my stuff and clean too. There is also plenty of security cameras on the property so I feel very comfortable having my stuff there.

How many large storages do you habe? Like 20x30? Avaiable

Renting a unit shouldn't be this hard! The online site allows you book the reservation, but won't let you pay, it's stuck. I went to the site today to hopefully get help, and im talking to reps over on the electronic kiosk, apparently my reservation is lost or no longer available, and the rates went up $30, 2 of the 3 reps tried to fix it, but even they could not fix it and get me a unit, they would then proceed to say, let me get you some help and disconnect the line, one of the reps solution was to send an email out and couldn't guarantee my previous rate, it shouldn't be this difficult, only thing that worked was the cancel button, so I did, what a waste of 2 hours.

While Mary Ann was extremely helpful and informative, she was the only positive thing about this location. I had only had my furniture stored here for a month when I returned to my unit to find termites on my shelves and patio furniture. Don’t rent here if you value you’re things.

Repeat customer from years ago when I relocated to Helotes. Need a unit while the garage undergoes a remodel. Went in without an appointment and met Mary Ann. She showed me around and found the perfect sized unit. Mary Ann guided me through the rental agreement and Public Storage App setup. Mary Ann is personable, gregarious, and thorough. I highly recommend Public Storage in Helotes for your storage needs.

If i could give this place no stars I would. My mother had cancer so we used this place to move her things into. The contract was under my aunts name who tragically passed away earlier this year. I reported this to the company and they told me they would lock the unit until the next of kin came to claim the unit. Now they aren't accepting documents from my uncle (husband of the deceased) since next of kin wasn't EXPLICITLY stated on the contract to a STORAGE UNIT. Now they want to auction the unit with so many sentimental things. I hope they feel good about selling a sick womans belongings. Absolutely disgusting.

Mary Ann is great, but the district manager could care less about the customers so it doesn't matter since Mary Ann has no authority. The building was burglarized in Oct of 2016 because the door outside the office won't close. They have known about the problem for at least a year and as of Jan 1 2017 it still wasn't fixed. Several calls made with no results. If you value your property find somewhere else to store it. I was robbed of over 4000.00 in parts and tools, and the public storage insurance denied several items. I am not happy, if I could give them a zero I would

On-line reservation and check-in the next day were easy and flawless. The unit was clean and easily accessible from the outside. No complaints and similar to my experiences with Public Storage in other locations.

Helotes Public Storage is the cleanest facility around. MaryAnn is very professional and i would recommend this location to anyone in the Helotes area. The price is not always the cheapest but the specials and service makes up for it. And convenience with lots of moving supplies. if not anything just go in and see for yourself.

I have been at this Public Storage since I moved back to SA in 2013. That is when I met Mary Ann. We live in a world of cell phones and distractions; a time when we don't stop to know a person's name much less any details of their life. You'll never feel that way when you walk in the door of the Helotes PS. Mary Ann is the gem that keeps this PS in tip top shape and she is the reason there is a waiting list a mile long to get in. No matter how long I was away, when I returned to my unit, she always remembered me, she asked about my family (whom she met and always remembered when they came with me to get things from my unit) and she always had uplifting stories to relay. She is one of the most engaging, kind hearted, helpful people that I have come across in quite a while, and I feel richer for having had the opportunity to get to know her. To be honest, I was actually a little sad that I finally emptied my unit and had to leave. I will miss Mary Ann, her kindness, the cleanliness of the facility, her willingness to help whenever she could and her positive attitude. If you are in need of storage with great service - please don't hesitate to call on Mary Ann and Public Storage.
