Lori was pleasant and helpful even though she is not connected to the location I chose. Somehow I ended up with 2 units by mistake. Lori was there to refund monies for the second unit. Good Lady.

Very upset about how much I am now paying since I got this storage. It started at $89 then they just raise my rent when they feel like it all the time now after 2 yrs it's at $275. Omg just raised it again. It's highway robbery at its finest. Constantly price is going up,up,up. So upset

They wait tell you get settled In at a cheap rate and continue to raise the price, my storage is now 3x the price was when I first moved it in. I'm moving to a different storage place, absolutely ridiculous to be paying almost a car payment for a storage.
