Janie’s was amazing and personable.!!!!!!!
I had been with this property for over 3 years, this year it switched to being managed by public storage. Every 3 months they increase my rent on a 5 x 10 by $30. It's insane no other storage space in the area goes up that much that fast. I moved to another Extra space and am paying less than half what I am being charged here, even after my promotional rate is over, it will still be less than half what public storage charges. I hated to leave because Janise is awesome and deserves 5+ stars. She helped me set up my account when the company switched, she is always friendly, and keeps the property clean.

We rented here more than a year and a half, and there was a noticeable drop in quality when Public Storage bought out the property. Codes not working. App not working. Never anyone in the office. Biggest issue: our unit was infested with mice, creating a $600 upholstery cleaning bill for the couch and mattress that were in the unit. Gave them notice that we would be leaving by July 31. Emptied the unit and followed all instructions. STILL GOT CHARGED AUGUST RENT.

Don't let positive reviews fool you. This facility was recently bought out. Terrible company, terms and conditions are invasive, overcharge, zero leeway if having trouble with payment. One minute late and fees fees fees. Greedy company that even employees dislike. Stay away. Zero accountability and you will NEVER be able to talk to ANYONE in corporate. Your are trash to them.

Rat infested storage unit. Rat droppings every where, chewed through boxes, made nests in boxes of clothes. Dead rats in unit. Lost over $15,000 in valuables. Claim was denied by insurance company thru Public Storage. So, why do we pay insurance? NO there was NO food in the unit.
Tried to talk to Denise at front office, she put us on hold and never came back to the conversation.

SAFETY....: Management has not expedited the outdoor lighting issue outside of some buildings. This needs to be addressed ASAP please.
Personally I love online service options but every now and again you really do have to talk to someone and eat any interaction that I have had with this location has been consistently pleasant. Today I had to pop in for an issue that I was having and was helped by Havard. He made it super easy and was very helpful he was super quick and helping me I was in and out within 10 minutes which I love since I was already running late for work… with that being said I really appreciate the help that I received theSpeed in which everything was resolved
