I sign up with public storage 6 months ago and my Initial quote was 90 a month , after taxes and their insurance it’s 135. I thought it was high but not too crazy . 6 months in they are now raising it to 185. If you sign up to get a storage unit just be prepared to pay double what you sign up for in 6 months and don’t be surprised like I am .

I met Mrs. Clara today and she was beautiful all around. She was knowledgeable about the business and she shared any questions I had. I don't see why she's not a district manager because she carried herself as such. I most definitely will be returning for services because she made me feel like family. She was just as concerned about my move as I was.

Went to get a unit with my housemates on Saturday and, at first, the door was locked and it looked like nobody was there. But apparently, Clara was on her lunch break. But, since the moment she opened the door for us, she was nothing but courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the customer service.

I opened an account with the help of Clara. She was very professional and showed us around a few units that fit our needs. Set up was super easy and quick, and got everything setup in 15 minutes.

I can't give them a good rating because when I got the storage it was a small just to store boxes of important things of mine. They charge me $1 to move in and $ 90 for storage which I thought was too high but I needed at that time they went $130. I got behind cause of Job change and sick. U halul only charge $65 . Public Storage do keep clean but prices too too high.

I moved in two storage units for a cheaper price since the prices were going up constantly. The last storage I got was a small and I threw away a lot of things last winter to be able to get this particular storage. I went from paying 97.00 to almost 200.00. I would not go with them again.

Lady told me I had to fill out online to hold storage unit, but my card wouldn't be charged until I signed the papers. Well they charged my card $61 and I called them back the same day and they will not refund me my money. So don't do anything online with them. Total rip offs.

We needed a rental space for a vehicle and worked with Juan to get what we needed. He was very knowledgeable about what would work best for our needs and what was available. The property is always clean when we are on site and Juan always makes sure to say Hello and have a quick chat when he sees us. I feel good about renting there knowing he's there and keeping an eye on the property. We are very happy we found the right spot with for what we needed.

During a time of difficulty of dealing with the covid 19, I missed 1 payment and when I called to explain to the guy that was working today, I told me that I had been laid off due to the pandemic and need a little bit of time to pay it, he told me he can’t help me because I have only been there for 4 months but I haven’t missed a payments during does months. It’s very disappointing that an establishment such as had no remorse or any sense of empathy to a client. The customer service was very poor the least I expected was a sense of empathy and kindness , I wasn’t asking for the fee to be waived I was just asking for a little more time.

Juan who helped us was really friendly and professional, he even paused his lunch break to help us out with no hesitation.

I am glad that I chose this storage unit...I feel that my property is safe and well taken care of. Its a okay place I lost my job and all my personal belongings here...but I got it all back x2... Wasn't there fault though I got hurt at work and couldn't work,No money coming in and I lost all my stuff.Important paperwork and all..but it's all good. They have great customer service here and Great Attitudes and they will work with you as well as long as you let them know what's going on and make payments.They still charging me though even though I lost all my stuff to them.

We had attempted to call the original location and got no answer. Juan even tried to call the other location. I was there to help a friend move and the place was pretty clean was easy to access easy to get to the storage building but she was moving some stuff and they did not allow her to throw the trash away in their dumpster which seems ridiculous to me because to keep a clean place you have to have a place to throw the trash.

Excellent services from Lashonda very helpful

Juan and Cathy were very attentive and understanding. We had to find a last minute storage unit as the one originally confirmed by Simply Storage on Hargrove Drive was leaking water and had no lightbulb and we had two vans packed of items. I will say this sort of customer service is not present by all Public Storage managers so make sure you visit ahead of time. Would definitely recommend this location however as again, Juan and Cathy are great!

My experience was excellent..I needed the storage for just a few days and didn't come out much money the lady showed me my storage and I was in the same day !

I thought the facility was nice a spacious the manager was very understanding a patient she kept a smile on her face the only thing i didnt like is i believe the facility need more carts but no big issue overall i have no complaints. I think LaShonda is one of the best customer service representative I've ever spoke with.
