I was having a hard time getting a storage unit… I did it on line and it was the wrong location. Then I went to the office and the young lady help me out so much!! I got it all worked out and they refunded my money on the other storage and she even help me get my new storage unit upgraded into a bigger one! She was awesome!!!

Such a waste of time and money can't even organize the storage unit without them bothering you saying that your loitering then on top of that they let somebody change the gate code and steal everything that I had in my unit

Okay let me tell you about Mark. I have a job located here in Dallas. I drove ten and a half hours to store some items. Mark greeted me as I came in 5 minutes before closing time. It took care of all my needs. Was charismatic, he had a smile on his face, this guy's great. He helped me through some clerical issues that I was having and yeah, I definitely recommend this facility. Just ask for Mark.

UPDATE: 1 stars. My unit was broken into and I was not contacted. The people working there were kind and attentive but I wish they'd have called me.
