They make you buy their specific lock and key for the units (20$) and they don’t give you a prorated refund. So if you pay your rent on the 1st and then decide you want to close your account on the 2nd, you’re now paying for a months storage that you’re not using. And you’re stuck with a $20 lock that you’ll probably never use again. If I had 2 more arms I’d give em 4 thumbs down! Clowns 🤡

Judy is amazing! I felt so bad walking in 8 minutes before she closed but I needed a storage asap. She quickly eased my mind by letting me know the time was not a problem & even physically showed me the unit sizes before I decided which option was the best for me. If you would of asked me prior to today I would have given this place a one star review however today Celeste helped me a lot and gave me information regarding my unit that no one ever has. I was never told what kind of lock to purchase and the last time I came in to show my ID no one was in the office and it was locked during business hours. I just recently started going to public storage in buda, anytime i need anything Taren is always there to help me. Just the other day, I needed help picking out the right supplies for my move and Taren was such an amazing help with such an amazing attitude! I would totally recommend this place to a friend.

I have a unit here. And service is horrible. I can never reach anyone and I have a pament due today that I'm planning on paying and even though it's due today from all my emails. I'm being told I will have a 25 dollar late fee.....again payment is due today and I'm being charged 25 extra dollars. Also I got an email stating if not paid by due date which is today I will have a lean put on my unit and again can not get anyone to answer the phone or return my messages. Don't waste your time going with this company go somewhere else

The employees are nice and professional, the location was convenient for me, but they don't prorate rent for moving out before the first. Really no incentive for me to give a move out notice until the day before next month is due.

The security and elevator system is on overkill with all of the separate keypads, just not where you need them. You can't go from one floor to another if you have multiple units, you must return to the first floor to enter an access code to enable you to go to the next floor. There should be keypads in the elevator if they want it to work this way. The access hours are also too restrictive. With all that security why not let me in when I need it rather than sending me a nastygram telling me I was there after 9pm. When I left at 9:15 I couldn't even return the cart to the inside because the doors wouldn't open after nine. For the rates being charged I expect a lot more. I'd look elsewhere if I needed storage long-term

Absolutely loved this Public Storage location. My unit was clean and ready for my move in. I only had to store my apartment stuff, so the 5x5 was perfect. Jessica was always helpful if I had any questions. Overall a great experience.

This storage is super nice and really convenient. The staff is really friendly. The only downside is that public storage will raise your monthly rent randomly. I’ve had my storage for roughly about a year and a half, and it’s been raised 3x. I understand prices on everything are going up, but to put someone in a position to pay more money when they essentially don’t have anywhere to store their belongings just doesn’t sit right with me. You can go elsewhere and pay cheaper for the same size storage. Can’t guarantee you’ll encounter the same friendly staff.

🛑🛑🛑🛑DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE!!!!!!!! I am a mom who helped my daughter to rent a unit during the pandemic. An emergency move as the home she lived in was sold. She works downtown and during the move out her car was stolen by a guy with a long record who pretended to be a mover!!!! Please do not use these people!!!! I was on her account and attempted to reach them and THERES NO WAY TO GET THROUGH THE PHONE SYSTEM!!!!!! Most of my calls were blocked after I paid the storage rent!!!!! You can not speak to anyone most of the time. So if you need anything, there is no way except to drive there during hours. The managers name is JESSICA 🛑🛑🛑

I have had a storage unit here for almost a year and it has been a very pleasant experience. Today I got a courtesy call from Jessica about my payment not going through and I was very confused why it wouldn’t process. I looked at my account and found out that my card had been stolen. Jessica was very understanding and helpful. I’m so glad they give courtesy calls instead of waiting for you to be charged mire for missing a payment.

Cheap good storage

Reserving online and finalizing everything was easy. Getting texted the code and being able to show up and start filling up your storage unit is nice, the only down fall is the lock. You don't really have an option except theirs, but overall a good facility with a helpful manager named Kyle.

Very helpful staff! Jessica even helped me move a piece of furniture, because I'm disabled and there was no one around to help me, so, she stepped in and went above and beyond with customer service. The place is clean and the units are well protected. They could use more flat carts, but I'm sure in time they will figure that situation out. It's normally not a problem, except on busy days like the weekend, etc. Overall good service great storage facility.

Elevators are always broken and cost of storage increased without any notifications. Jessica stated there was not an increase but $69 (included $11 insurance) to $88 is an increase. After 5 months there was an increase I'm done next time you will send a notification letting people know because at the end of the day I know what Congress out my account and what I have been charged.

This property was immaculately clean and competitively priced. I was helped by Jessica K who was professional, able to clearly answer all my questions, and generally awesome. Thank you for a positive experience.

The facility was very clean and the staff extremely helpful. Annbrianna went over all the details of the rental and helped me make the best choice for me. Their online reserve system was very easy to use and the staff followed up with me in a timely fashion. Also, their prices are the best!!

Customer service and location are great. The draw back is 6 months after signing the rental agreement. My rate when from $74.00 to $95.00 <$21>. This is pretty steep. Consumer may start with a low entry rent only to face a huge increase 6 months later. When you dispute the increase, they say is on your contract. Your rent may increase after a certain period of time.

Jessica was incredibly friendly, helpful and made the process as smooth as possible! I do not regret coming to Public Storage to keep my valuables!

I had a competing unit in Kyle that had good pricing, but when I passed the Public Storage location in Buda, I looked at their prices and saw that they were lower for more storage space! The facility is very well maintained and I feel very secure leaving my belongings there. Jessica was very knowledgeable about the facility and answered my questions professionally. I definitely recommend this location. Pricing is awesome, lockers secure with limited entry points (and tough locking mechanisms), and they give you more storage space for your dollar!

Rented a unit from here and Adela the store associate was very helpful and really polite, the building was very clean and overall fantastic.

I needed some storage in Buda, Tx. I made a reservation and did not get an automated phone response, I got a personal call from Adela. I was driving from another state and I was arriving early, on a Sunday. I called Adela back and she worked with me to get the space a day before my reservation, and then I ended up arriving only minutes before the scheduled closure. Adela greeted us with a smile, was patient and very helpful. She made everything so simple. You will never find better customer service, in any field, than I received from Adela. THANKS!

Since I found this on the internet, I first called the 800 number and talked to Lauren. Later. I called the Property Manager Addela. Both of these ladies were extremely helpful and I made an appointment to see the unit that I wanted. I decided to go to the second floor rather than the 1st floor just in case we would have flooding. Then, I called the following day as we were to have storms for several days and I decided to get in there before it started storming. I called in thinking it would be Addela and Janie answered the phone. I informed her that I would come over now rather than later. Janie hops between properties. She still did a very good job. She showed me the property and took me step by step. Janie was telling me that Alddela has so much knowledge and is such a beautiful person, that she would like the opportunity to train under her and learn more. All 3 ladies should be commended for their work. I work with the public also and I believe in giving good reports when it earned. I will cut when it is due.

I had a wonderful experience today with the Public Storage in Buda. The staff was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. All my questions were answered making my feel very comfortable using a storage for the first time. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the convenience access.

I'm soon moving to this area, and needed some moving supplies. I walked in and the building was very clean and well kept. Michelle was so informative and very kind. She directed me to the area of supplies and recommended what I needed. She was very engaging and made it personable. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend this location to anyone for storage and supply needs. Soon I will need storage and will come here for my needs of storage. Thanks public storage for the 5 star service.

This Public storage is brand spanking new! I was the first to move in, the staff made me feel welcomed and even took a picture of me to hang on the wall!! Not only is this facility clean, it's also we'll secured and has great monthly prices on all the units! I moved from another storage unit down the road and Public storage definitely has better access to get in and out, located right off the highway.
