Horrible facility. My unit was broken into amd management never made me aware tho admitting to suspecting it. I think the staff is setting up burglaries.

Terrible customer service. Rude when picked up phone, and kept over talking me. UNEDUCATED about how Texas laws work and their OWN policies
It looks nice no doubt but the staff is rude They only care about the rent payments not customer service when you walk in the units you can smell moisture in the air we had our unit for a couple of months until I was medically relieved to be able to work again came back all of our stuff and our unit was molded even our kids bed frames we called the insurance company that they were so mandatory for us to get because it's part of their policy to have insurance well we got it and been paying come to find out they're only covering $200 worth of coverage for mold we lost everything I mean everything stuff that's been handed down over years so tell me where this makes sense plus they have black widow spiders living in the corners I saw at least two of them stay away from this place plus they will increase your rent and won't tell you nothing but you did sign a contract but somehow they go against it to increase your rent.
I've had a great experience with Elicia and staff. From the moment I first inquired about renting a unit, they were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They took the time to walk me through the options, answer all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I wish I had more hands so I could give this storage 4 thumbs down. I have had this storage unit over a week and they gave me the wrong size first and the elevators haven't worked since "because the internet has been down." They also charged my wife to change our unit when we rented a 10x15, it showed we had a 10x15, but the unit was smaller than a towel closet.
Thank you Elicia for being so patient and informative. The customer service was great, and I felt welcomed. You made me feel comfortable doing business at this location. And I would recommend this location to family and friends.

Nice storage but since day 1 the lady up front has been seriously rude. I truly felt like I was bothering her when I asked her directions to my unit. I think this is not the right job for her. Also the ongoing (since last year) construction around this area makes it very difficult to get out of the gates. If you're going to go with public storage... Don't choose this location

This is a new facility so it’s nice; however, I received a notification that the rent would increase from $30/mo to $46/mo. This is an increase of 51%, after only renting a space for four months. I would recommend that anyone considering renting a space at Public Storage be cautious regarding rate increases. There are less expensive alternatives in the area that will meet my storage needs.

I understand that you have your policy but as A neighboring community to your newly built facility it is rude of you to litter up our area, making us look trashy by putting people stuff out on the side of the road. Please be Considerate to those around you and pay their taxes we don’t need our property values being decreased by this behavior.

I had to write this review because the lady named Ashley really helped me. She answered every question we had, and she was very understanding and kind.
Great place to store your stuff if you never have to speak to anyone. Called over 6 times yesterday all different hours of the day. No answer. Can’t get anyone on the phone today was just trying to see if they offered moving trucks to move into their units.
I had a great first time experience with a young lady there her name was Elicia she was very welcoming and explained everything very well answered every question we had I'll diffently be recommend this location to anyone who's looking for a storage place
