Along with a well-kept facility, I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee I encountered at the Smyrna, Tennessee location on Wolverine Trail. A lady named Molly (Cabbage) truly exemplifies what exceptional customer service looks like.
I happened to arrive about an hour before the store officially opened, and despite the fact that she was clearly still preparing for the day, Molly greeted me warmly and willingly assisted me with genuine kindness and professionalism. She could have easily told me to come back later, but instead she chose to help with a positive attitude and a willingness that went well beyond what anyone would expect.
What stood out most was that Molly wasn’t acting out of obligation—she seemed sincerely glad to help. Even though her role may simply be listed as an attendant or clerk, the level of service she provided was nothing short of trademark customer care. She treated the interaction with the same attention and courtesy you would expect from someone in a much higher customer-facing position.
It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and who goes above and beyond without hesitation. Employees like Molly make a lasting impression and represent their workplace in the best possible light. Her professionalism, positive demeanor, and willingness to help—even before opening hours—speak volumes about her character and work ethic.

Brandy was amazing!!! I was questioning what I really needed so I just did a hold. She called to check in on me and my reservation-she was so polite, kind, and funny. I asked if she could show me and she said “I would be happy to.” She was patient and answered all my questions and continued to tell me she would be available if I needed anything.
