Kelly I Mean OMG You saved my day week month year, I Thanks you so much for helping me when i was just a little behind and then my car broke down & had to buy alternator, then we both talked just about same situations and God and Hes Great and Isay your like an Angel created by God and Jesus. Just such a great help and you just learning you said the new system & made it work you and also the other guy there pluse i met regional manager when they just transferred feom NSA to Public and so Far Just Fantastic Customer service. Buisness is Buisness but people items sometimes are so special ans things happen i hope public will all continue to work with and help those out when in a bind Life Happens ans i know of the Cube storage being the largest in usa with great prices but I’ll Always go back come back to a public as long as the show the Customers Appreciated and Treat others like they could lose everything to one day. We were pleasantly pleased with Renee's help and assistance on acquiring a parking spot. She took the time to walk us to the spot so we could check it out and determine whether it was suitable for us or not. I would highly recommend renting a unit from this business.

Just wanted to take the time and say Renee is one of the best workers. We were having trouble with the gate and she kindly took the time to come outside and help. Also took the time too show us some of the storage units just so we had an idea of the size. Renee takes a lot of pride in this business and even with some of the aisles being a little rough with some of the tenants things she was more then willing to let us know she was very upset and getting the time to upkeep the place. One of the best interactions at this place.

Renee the onsite manager is super easy to work with when I wanted to update my form of payment for my storage unit. This storage facility is gated with barbed wire and that definitely makes me feel more comfortable as well.
