I went today with all my stuff ready to leave in my self-storage and was able to do it! I was explained everything very clearly, signed contract after everything was checked and reviewed, then I was given the keys and lock and I was ready to move all things in the very same day I signed the contract! They explain you what options they have after you explain what you are looking for, they guide you through the facility and there are a few perks, like great prices for indoors storage (no extra fee for being indoors), carts to move your stuff and lots of security cams. There is a clean bathroom in the facility too. You need to buy the lock, and they don't keep a key. The access is controlled with a pin and you choose who you authorize to access (they ask you that in the contract). The location is very centric and the employee was very kind and proactive, letting me know as we talked what was best for my use of the self-storage. The price is very reasonable and accesible for being a monthly fee of a self-storage of that size. I totally recommend this place! I know the self-storages are common in USA, but in Puerto Rico they are quite unknown, I found this in a Chat GPT search and I am very glad I found it!☺️
