Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 2391 Claxter Rd NE, Salem, OR

So pleased with Katie and the gang at this Public Storage. As often happens when moving across country, little things can mess up a finely tuned schedule. Katie quickly helped us get things back on track. Whew!

I have an issue between my app. My bank and the payment app showing paid and bank was showing money was still in the account. And I came into the office and talked to d and she was amazingly professional, yet friendly.I am very helpful.I'm very, very patient, which is greatly appreciated.

I went in looking to rent a temporary parking space and Jason made sure the process was quick and easy which was very helpful dealing with a stressful move. Dani over at the Hyacinth location went above and beyond to find me the best deal which was also great! Highly recommend both the claxter and hyacinth locations.

Overall experience was amazing storage had more than enough space. Another thing is the amazing customer service especially from my guy Jason he called me 2 days back to back to let me know my lock wasn’t on when I had forgotten to put it on and not to mention after he let me know he walked me thru everything and asked if I had any further questions. I recently rented a storage unit at this facility, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The manager, Amanda, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. She answered all my questions and made the rental process smooth and hassle-free. The cleanliness of the facility is impressive. The units are well-maintained, and the entire area is spotless. The units have light bulbs in them and they work!! When mine burned out here came Amanda with a long pole and changed it for me! The prices are fair and the units are huge. I think they're bigger than what they say they are lol!! And.... one unique feature that stood out to me is the porta potty on-site. It’s convenient for those moments when you need a quick restroom break during your visits. Most places don't have one, or it's in the office and you can't get in there after they close shop hours. This should be required at all storage units. Overall, I highly recommend this storage facility. Amanda’s excellent customer service, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful amenities make it a top choice for anyone in need of storage space.

This is by far the best storage facility I've used. It's affordable, it's always clean. The best part is Amanda in the office, that girl is on point! She is always friendly and she definitely knows what she is doing, as long she is there I know my stuff is safe! All around great storage facility!

I was sent a survey that I didn't complete...sooooooo I will come here and say THANK YOU for being an easy place to do business with... lock and everything? Bravo! Cause I won't name names... but there was a place down further into salem... not open, no one there... here I sat with a loaded truck and a garbage day behind me....The hours of operation with no way into anything ? Beyond upset 😡 so public storage...thanks again

The moving process is so tedious and stressful, but Amanda made it so much easier. She answered all of my question. Her customer service is A+.

So I started my day today with the goal to find a storage unit, and it wasn't looking great I almost just went home and called it quits, that was until I came to this location and let me tell you Amanda will answer all the question you have and go above and beyond she showed me some units that are available every unit is nicely swept, its an older property for sure but its kept clean 100% recommend.
