After a long long journey, Public Storage on Turner in Salem Oregon had my unit ready for me. Christan called and checked on me and asked if there was anything else I needed, he also informed me of other services they provided such as video security, daily/nightly lock checks, and more. This facility is no secure and has absolutely no security whatsoever. I stored my belongings here for 1 month and the unit was broken into without any sort of damage done with a public storage issued lock put in place of mine. Someone from this facility is either apart of or heading up some sort of burglary ring. There was no forced entry to my unit and all of the valuable things were meticulously cleaned out. Do not use this facility. For some reason, the cameras were “removed” earlier in the year and the property manager stated they have been denied authorization to install new security systems and the insurance coverage is a joke.

We moved from out of town and was concerned about no one being in the office in which we have experienced at other facilities so we gave them a call. Amanda made sure she was in the office when we arrived. A+ customer service.

I’ve had a unit at this Public Storage for years! Safe, secure, and clean. The staff are always helpful when I reach out for whatever reason. Great unit all around.
