There was a problem with the elevator at a different location, and several of us were unable To access the property, I was there with a moving truck ready to load on a tight Timeline, I was able to get a hold of Christine and within seconds she had everyone in motion Sending rescue to allow us to enter the facility and get our things! I have to say this is one of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve been to. My experience here was great and went smoothly. Not to mention, Christine was awesome, friendly and very helpful. I also have to mention that I noticed that she is a very hard worker. The entire time I was there she was nonstop out on the property working hard, that’s something I rarely see. She is definitely an asset to your company, so don’t let her go!

I am very glad I found this place. I looked at a couple other locations and their rates were ridiculous not to mention their deals being somewhat misleading. The folks down here are great. I can't say enough good things about Christine a real angel helpful courteous and a great sense of humor. Talks to you like you're a friend. I am writing a review because I am so astonished with the great customer care that Christine K. has provided me. I've had some trouble with my card going through last month because Google pay had deleted the 3 digits on the back of the card and kept rejecting my card. O ce that was sorted out, it tried to process the 7 times I had hit the "submit" button to pay. Christine saw this on line and had rejected the overpayments so it wouldn't impact my banking,
before I was even able to call her back to tell her what happened! This month, the autopay did not work and I somehow manually paid twice. One phone call later & Christine has it sorted. She even told me of a job opening and referred me for employment. It doesn't get better than that for Customer service!

Great place to rent for storage, it was clean upon move in and easy to locate. Christine was very helpful moving out of the unit. 10/10 would recommend.
