Carol saved me from a frustrating morning. After several minutes of fussing with my lock and not getting help from anyone around me, I went to the front office and Carol quickly thought of grabbing a can of oil. She walked me to my storage unit and oiled the lock and key and voila - my storage unit opened and continued to do so weeks later. I still think about her kind gesture to help me even when she was busy herself. I appreciate the great customer service which I have not experienced in any other storage facility!

So easy to use and convenient. The only issue I had was finding the loading cart as someone left it on the second floor instead of by the elevator downstairs.
Having only one cart is also difficult if there is more than one unloader at a time.
We are moving from L.A. and have been driving back and forth to store items and it has been very smooth.

Arville public storage has been great to me for 8+ months now. I needed my toolboxes towed urgently one morning and Ada was able to get me a unit that same morning. Ada has been very helpful with ensuring the unit was safe even after a few late payments on the unit. I highly recommend this specific location as the staff is very helpful and I’ve never had an incident or worry that my valuables would be unsafe.
Ada has some of the best customer service I've experienced this year 2024* I'm sure it want change in 2025* also the property is always clean including the on-site restroom wich is an even bigger plus this property deserves 6 st🌟 rs!!!!!
