I got a 5x5 Unit and its fairly its pretty nice and clean. Prices are subject to market fluctuations and you'll need insurance. You can call up the property manager during business hours and they are fairly helpful. I was also able to use my own lock!

We built a house and needed to move some things into storage for a few months during the process. Decided to get a couple of storage units in the building where it is climate controlled. Units were clean and ready to go. We had no issues. If a question came up, I could call and Sarah was always helpful & prompt. If she saw my husband at the unit, she’d always say hi and make sure things were in order. She is very professional, kind, & ready to resolve any issues you have. She even walked me through the steps when we were ready to move out & vacate one of our units. Very clean property. We still have a unit there and look forward to seeing Sarah from time to time! Rented a space at Public Storage recently in Monroe on Hwy 74. WILL was extremely accommodating with helping us decide what size we needed. TOM wasn’t so bad either. It would be nice if those fellas were there everyday, especially WILL or even Jessica. She stopped what she was doing one day to help us and another customer. Nice dealing with real people instead of a kiosk or by phone (hint, hint).

I just don't understand why the rent goes up every year. I pay on time. There is nothing new at the complex. The gate is always hit. I just don't understand. I know it's not pay raises to the employees because I asked. Is the insurance going up? Because people are not getting their stuff broken into. Just Why why why?
