Explained everything thoroughly and made sure I left knowing everything I needed to know. Process was quick and painless. Could be in and out with in 5 minutes if you know what you are looking for. Best prices in town. As much as 50% cheaper than competitors in the close/immediate area.
I’ll never have a reason to look anywhere else for another unit during the winter months. The prices and convenience are unmatched anywhere else. Very clean facility.

Within minutes of reserving my storage space online, I was contacted via phone by a staff member,Tom, who provided information about their storage services and specific directions to their facility. Chris was also excellent, expediting the storage rental with clear explanations and personable service. The storage space was immaculate. After so many hassles with relocation to Detroit, I so appreciated that Tom and Chris made this interim step in relocation such a breeze!

A new and very clean facility. Chris was awesome with providing us all the info we needed. Access is very easy and convenient. Plus the ability to use the app for everything from payments and gate access makes things very simple. We don't have to remember another set of numbers.

The facility is exceptionally clean and quiet, providing a peaceful environment for storing my personal belongings. What stood out the most, however, was the outstanding service provided by Alex and Chris. They were incredibly helpful, taking the time to show me how to use the gates and access my unit.
