Tom and Samantha(sorry I originally got your name wrong if you see this), both SUPER helpful and accommodating. Explained everything thoroughly and made sure I left knowing everything I needed to know. Process was quick and painless. Could be in and out with in 5 minutes if you know what you are looking for. Best prices in town. As much as 50% cheaper than competitors in the close/immediate area.
I’ll never have a reason to look anywhere else for another unit during the winter months. The prices and convenience are unmatched anywhere else. Very clean facility.

Within minutes of reserving my storage space online, I was contacted via phone by a staff member,Tom, who provided information about their storage services and specific directions to their facility. Chris was also excellent, expediting the storage rental with clear explanations and personable service. The storage space was immaculate. After so many hassles with relocation to Detroit, I so appreciated that Tom and Chris made this interim step in relocation such a breeze!
