She made the reservation smooth and easy, I got the online deal, set up payment, and ready to go in a few minutes. I had actually signed up for another place, too. This place is nice, climate controlled, clean, well lit, good location, app-controlled entry and locks… but LaWana puts it over the top. She is super friendly and accommodating.. even brought us waters when she saw us sweating hauling around all our stuff. LaWana is why we’ll stay at Public Storage.
My brother and I came in late on Sunday, less than an hour before closing. LaWana was still available to help us order a storage unit and took the time to walk us around and demonstrate how everything worked. She also made sure our information was correctly entered into the system. We needed the storage while dealing with difficult matters and LaWana made the experience trouble-free.
