I was out of the country and have the proof for it, after your payment due they will charge you $23 per unit after the 6th of each month but the funny part is the staff just told me, that they will call you on the 7th if u didn't pay and they won't remove the $23 late fee charge. I have 2 units and I begged the staff but all what she said iam sorry. I agree it's my mistake but at least call me couple of days before the 6th. Wow what a way to win customers. My advise to all of the people wo read this, stay away from public storage. STAY AWAY

LaWana has been helpful, she helped me move my couch. Units are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately there is no elevator, only a lift that people cannot go in.

I had the best experience at the Northville Public Storage. Lawnda was amazing. She was so kind, so patient, and so very helpful and welcoming. She took her time in a very calm and friendly manner. She delivered excellent customer service.
I also had Karen help me when Lawanda was not there. Karen also was kind, patient and very friendly and very helpful.
These women made one of many things needed to be done, a pleasure during a very stressful moving situation for me.
