I’d give 5 stars but the directions were a little confusing. I read my unit was in building 7 but all the buildings weee lettered not numbered and the map that was sent was not easy to read. I did find the unit in short order but a better description would have made it easier. Over all the facility looked to be well maintained and secure and my unit was in great condition

needed a place to store lots of boxes . it was fast and easy.
Gate has had some minor issues, and had to call for help from another facility nearby. Not a fan of forced insurance, considering the fact that I signed a waiver releasing them from liability. Also, there were hidden fees involved in obtaining the unit to begin with, but that seemes to be standard in this business. I may be old-fashioned, but I feel like $30 to move in should be $30, not $45. Numbers are an example, not my actual charges, I don't remember the actual charge, as it has been over a week since I made the purchase.
In all, the company has addressed my main concerns about as well as I could have expected.

I recently rented a storage unit from Kelly the site manager at the Mt Clemens location. I had a great experience .not only did they have exactly what I was looking for Kelly was so friendly and had great customer service. She even waited on me to go find my license that I misplaced with no problem even though it was close to closing time. I would definitely recommend public storage if you have to store any items Big or small

I have used Public Storage many times. I don't care for all the bullshi* ad min fess but other than that it is easy to pay online. Easy gate access. Great hours. Site is clean. Very secured. The front desk person is very helpful.
