Connie was extremely helping with assisting me in recovering my lost property, she did everything in her power and then some to ensure that I didn’t lose my entire family history. I’m only 25 years old and have been in and out of the hospital causing me difficulties in keeping up with my payments, but Connie still did her part in giving me the peace of mind I needed, thank you so so much Connie, this company has no idea how much you do for them, one can only hope that one day you get the recognition you deserve!

When I opened my storage unit at the Plymouth Rd location in Livonia, Nakia helped me and she was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Also, so was Marc, the property manager. I needed to cancel my unit because I just no longer need extra storage. I called the 1-800 number and Shawn was very helpful and very polite. Then, I went into the storage office after I was done on the phone with Shawn and Addison was at the front desk and she was very helpful and very polite as well. She was already aware of me no longer needing my unit. Thank you Public Storage for a great experience. When I am in need of another storage unit, I definitely will return to this facility, the Public Storage on Plymouth Rd Livonia.
The staff here is so accommodating and attentive. Addison was PHENOMENAL with ensuring all my needs were met promptly and if I ever need assistance again I know just who to talk to. Their pricing is okay but I would completely recommend this facility!

My boyfriend and I came here to rent out a storage unit about a month ago, and it totally slipped my mind to review my experience until now. I had an amazing experience here. We had no idea what size unit to get and we had many questions. Kelley really helped us out and she answered every question we had. Really great customer service and I feel like our storage is in good hands.
Nice clean location, I’ve been looking at several different storage centers and Kris was the first to call to offer assistance. I decided to go and look at the facility and was rather impressed but more so with the service that I received from Kris. (Kris) is a total asset to the company so I decided to rent a unit. Only issue is the high cost of purchasing unit locks which are specific to the locking system they’re using, I needed two. The only way I could use my personal lock was if I measured and have the correct cylinder to fit into there locking system. Which would be very hard and a inconvenience.

I have had a Storage Unit with Public Storage in Livonia for several months. I have never had any issues with access to the storage facility and the employee (KRIS) that works there has helped me several times. Whether I needed assistance with unlocking / opening the other side of the storage roll up door or answering questions about payments when I first started renting the unit.
KRIS helped me out on my last day at the storage unit in a big way. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. It's employees like KRIS that make places run smoothly and keep people coming back.

The public storage in livonia is great. The employee Kris is very friendly & helpful. It's amazing to have someone very patient & professional. I want to say thank you for the experience I have there.
I like the facility alot and feel it is secure and safe. Upon my arrival to use my unit the first day I met a nice young lady who explained eveything to me.
However, my main only gripe is that I have been unable to catch a person at the office in person or on the phone to ask some additional questions, which is a bummer. Where are people during the day to speak to please?

Just wanted to send a shout out to Kris who went above and beyond with helping me. Recently, I opened a second storage unit and although both are needed the two units together are hitting my wallet pretty good. So, Kris suggested I request a decrease on my 1st unit (I didn't even know I could do that!) and the decrease was approved. This lowered my overall monthly bill by $50 - which is a HUGE help! Thank you so much for all your help! Keep up the good work :-)

I have had my unit for about a month now and I was searching just for the right place. When I came across public storage in Livonia I knew it was great. The best part was Kris because soon after I signed up, she called me to introduce herself and telling me welcome to the property. Anytime I have had a question she was always open to answering for me and always has a positive attitude. I recommend public storage on Plymouth road to everyone I know.
