Rachel has been extremely caring and helpful to this old lady. I told her to tell her boss she deserves a raise. She was kind enough to relieve my anxiety.
I've been a customer of this location off and on, for many years. The improvements to the facility are worth mentioning. I had a great interaction with the staff woman; she was very helpful and informative. The facility grounds are always kept clean, and the pavement has been freshly redone. The new push carts have cut my loading and unloading time in half. I hope to see the improvements of the location continue into the future.
Don’t know her name, but the manager working on April 22nd was incredibly helpful, polite, professional, and a joy to work with. I am moving out after 2 years, and I have had nothing but good renting a storage unit at this property. Sad to go, but finally time to move on. Consider this place for your storage needs.

After getting a call from Rachel at Public Storage in Jackson,MI, I went to the location where I was immediately greeted by Rachel herself and she showed me the unit. She explained how everything worked. I was going to rent a space online but I ended up doing everything there. She answered all my questions. Tom and Tory were fantastic. Both went over and above - Tory trudged through the snow to show me several different units, was super helpful with paperwork and making changes to the account (refunding me for a lock we didn't need and helping with the insurance stuff). Tom called a few days after saying they had noticed that I didn't put the lock on my unit correctly, letting me know that the unit had been secured and helping me sort it out and getting the lock back on my unit properly as I live in California and won't be in Jackson for several months. Really nice folks and great customer service. Many thanks to them both for making a stressful move a little bit easier!
