I want to start by saying that I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from John Smith truly deserves recognition. From the moment I interacted with him, it was clear that he genuinely cared about providing a positive customer experience. He was not only professional and courteous but also incredibly knowledgeable. No matter how many questions I asked, John answered each one patiently and thoroughly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's not often you come across someone so dedicated and helpful—his support made a lasting impression on me. Been renting a storage space through them for about 9 months and I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone I encounter, whether in office or via phone, but one person really stood out to me the most, and she deserves a shout out!
I recently reached out to them regarding a personal matter, and Savannah was amazingly kind, and understanding. She took the time to explain my options in order to find a solution that fit my needs. She went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions/concerns were addressed and that I felt supported. Storage facility is ok, but customer service from Jay is top notch. Have had a few issues and she straightens it out every time.

Billing apps (both phone and internet) do not function. 5x5 foot unit is 4’-8” x 4’-8”. Power door to exit building is broken. On-site rep is helpful, but just about everything about this public storage business is not functioning.

Horrible customer service. Can't get in contact with anyone if there's a problem with doors not opening! I wasn't able to get into my unit for 2 weeks because their doors weren't working! They cost me a bunch of money, and then offered $10 off next month for the inconvenience. What an insult!! On top of that, they talk to you as if it's a hassle to deal with you! I'm sorry it was inconvenient that you have a job to do

Beware: Skyrocketing Rates
In the course of just over a year, our rent will be almost doubled, and at a cost that's nowhere near reflective of the competition.
It's not worth your time or effort to store things here - because you're going to have to move it to not overpay drastically.
Additionally, the self-access lane is abysmal, the gates are often unresponsive to the app, and you'll be stuck between other cars for far longer than you'd like to be. There's no other parking for loading and unloading.
Couldn't wait to move our things out of this place. For roughly 4 months--you had to literally back your car out of the entrance because the Exit Door was broken. Management told us they were waiting for a "part".... The women's bathroom was most times out of supplies. Moving cart wheels were always malfunctioning and about to break.
Very frustrated with the price increasing here! We are about to go into our third year in this unit- it’s gone from $109 to $289 a month!!!! It’s increased $180 in 3 years time!!!! $289/month for a 10x10 storage unit is ridiculous. This is insanity and we will be arranging to move out asap
Made appointment at 9:30AM for new unit! Waited almost 2 hours with a moving company sitting in parking lot! Cost me almost 300 dollars! Ended up going down the road! Finally called me back when we were about half unloaded! Ridiculous thin raised the rate on the unit I already had
BEWATE DONT NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU AFTER YOU HAVE CANCELED YOUR ACCOUNT AND CLOSED OUT YOUR UNIT
Not even in storage for 3 months and I just got a notice that my rates are going up $40 per month. What a SCAM! I’ve been to the place 3 times now and this was the first time happening. I kinda miss when this was Beyond Storage and the price you were quoted was good for a least a year. Can’t say I will probably ever be back after this. Very disappointed customer!

but sometimes there wasn’t a cart to use. and you constantly have to put in your code to go through the doors bringing your stuff in to fill in .

**WORST STORAGE FACILITY** . They cut my locks for 5 days delay in payment and charged late fee also. Insane, I have to end up buying a new lock and late charges. They don’t have a courtesy to call me before cutting my lock. ZERO Customer Care, all they care about is how to steal money from the tenants. I am moving out of this facility, there are really better ones out there.

We just moved from another state and while looking for a house, are keeping our things at this public storage. They are so clean and the move in process was easy. Also, when we had a rate issue we called them and Sam the property manager helped me and was so kind and quick to find a way to help us. highly recommend this location!
We originally rented the space from Beyond Self Storage when it opened and have been there since it opened. Once Public Storage took possession of the property it the prices skyrocketed and the facility has become dirty and no longer secure. The carts are always nasty and the elevators and floors are no longer maintained. If your ever in the garage portion a minute after 9 it will lock you in the facility.
This storage has a horrible set up. If you can go elsewhere.
There is no easy way to get inside and once a moving truck is inside you have to wait to get there to access your stuff or push the cart out into a driveway that is not shoveled (it hasn’t snowed in 3 days). Almost like no one cares here and does not want to make it easy for you.
The office is locked during hours of operation with lights on and jackets inside. It is climate controlled and the units are very cold inside.
Only pro there is bathroom on the premise. For what you pay and new building it was not thought through. What a mistake to rent from here.
Sam made this experience painless and did it professionally with a smile I could recommend more for anyone else who needs a nice clean space that’s warm when it’s cold out there

Good space not worth the price, and they charged my account even after closing it out. After speaking directly with them I had to dispute the charge with AMEX and they took care of it. Awful communication expect Voicemails every time. If you're a busy person and hours are unpredictable then use U haul storage for they don't have hours. If you're parents looking to store your kids college stuff then this location is perfect for the Commerce Parents.
The location is great but no staff available on site. Always closed. We want to move somewhere else but we cant talk to anybody here
