Worst storage facility. I will be leaving. I'm an excellent customer, no hassle, on auto-pay, never missed a payment. However each year they raise the monthly fee by $57. They just increased my fee in August and I received a notice that it's going to go up again by another $57 in May.

I understand limiting access hours for violations, but if you're going to leave early, inform people. Shouldn't show up at 7pm and nobody is there when end of access is at 9pm. Pretty effin ridiculous. I am homeless and need a job, and I am going to be missing a job interview tomorrow morning cuz nobody would answer the phone to let me in to get clothing. Update your hours please.

Worse storage facility! 60.00 for a late payment after 4 days. Then many calls threatening me that they will sell my stuff at auction. It's been 4 days! Pulling my stuff.
Bill also went up to 360.00 a month. Ridiculous
***Ask what hours the office staff is on property. You can not get a cart or lock if they are not there.....

Don’t put your stuff in Public Storage. Let me tell you why if you miss a payment they automatically slap you with a late fee after 4 days, Then they start calling you and telling you they’re going to sell your property a week after you missed that payment it doesn’t matter if you’ve been a customer for a month or five years one week after you missed your first payment they start sending you threatening texts and emails saying they’re gonna auction your stuff off one week late. And the staff is only nice to you the first time they meet you after that (Good luck )I hope this helped!!
Since Public Storage took over this location, its been nothing but issues. As a contractor who needs access to the units rented, 50% of time gates wouldnt open!! When you’re ready to start work at 7am, then have to wait until bldg opens so they can manually unlock things, the day is wasted!!
Complained numerous times & up to this week, they still dont have it figured out?? One Mgr actually told me I was punching in wrong code, even tho I was using the App!! And to top things off, they increased rates 37%!! Are you effin kidding!! Can’t access yard 50% of times but you need to pay more??!!
