There was zero pressure, just genuine care and a calm professional energy that made me feel like I was in good hands.
What stood out most was how attentive and proactive he was. I never had to ask twice. He walked me through every step, answered all my questions thoroughly, and even anticipated issues before they could become problems. He listened to what I needed, didn’t rush anything, and made sure I felt completely confident and safe about everything I was storing.
He treated me with total respect and kindness. Honestly by the time I left I felt like I had just been helped by someone who actually cared about people, not just doing a job. And in a world where most people just go through the motions, Jason really made this feel personal.

This Public Storage location, is the cleanest that I have ever seen, that goes for the storage units and the restroom. I needed a storage space and they're 2 within blocks of each other. I called both and the Randolph Rd. office was so professional and knowledgeable, I had to go there. I made appt to view the place and after working with Donzaya, I figured it was the right fit for me. I am customer service driven and Donzaya delivered 100% for me. The next day I realized my space was too small and upgraded to a larger space. I thought it would be a problem, but Donzaya made the switch immediately. I am very happy with my decision in working with this location. Surprisingly when I showed up the 3rd day, she remembered my name. 5 stars for sure.

I could not be happier with the excellent service and attention to detail from this Public Storage location AND most importantly from the on site manager DONZAYA!! She greets us with the best smile, she is always walking the grounds making sure the facility is in order. Easy access in and out! I know my items in my unit is safe because she is is always PRESENT and on site! So happy with the $$ offer of the storage unit sale price as well! ((This place can't be beat because I shopped around several weeks before committing here and I am so happy I did!!)) THANK YOU public storage for having such a great manager!! Happy new year to all!

Let me make is perfectly clear the staff directly at Randolph the office are nice and provide good customer service and are very attentive my disappointment is with the customer service help line! And the lack of the carts everyone that has help me in person has been very nice
