I came in to the office and spoke to Astrid i believe that was the property Manager of the location she was so sweet showed me around, the building and showed me more then one size unit and she was very open in explaining everything to me. Truly recommend this location.
I came in with a few general questions while I was in the area. A nice young lady I believe her name was astrid helped me and was very patient when I asked for clarification on a few things I read online. Great customer service I will be back soon.

I paid my storage bill. I come to the property i don’t have access to my unit. There’s noone in the building and no sign that says closed. It is my day off and i can’t get any help. I had to call to say i was interested in a unit just to speak to a live person. This is ridiculous. I’m hotter than fish grease.

We absolutely love this facility. Whenever we need assistance everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. We recent had an issue on our billing and Rachel was able to help us figure out the problem. She is always willing to help when we call or visit this location.
