Place came in in a pinch when other facility was out of power and unable to access, any interaction with staff was overall friendly and helpful, would recommend if you need the space to store anything especially with thier $1 special even though it's really like 50 after all is said and done
Domonique was very helpful when I came to inquire about a storage unit. I let her know of the situation I was facing and she walked me through the best options that worked for me. I had a terrible experience at another public storage location and was hesitant about renting a unit but Domonique worked with me and was able to help me understand what the other location didn’t. Happy experience overall.

This location is the best storage facility I have used in Baltimore, hands down! The GM Toni is professional, courteous, and without a doubt one of the most supportive service professionals I have come across. I utilized this location for storage from June 2022 to January 2023 for the storage my classic automobile, during which time I always felt my property was safe and secure. The facility is gated, camera'd and exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to lease a storage space here again!!
