This is a very clean storage facility the property manager Ms. Shantel was extremely professional made sure to ask the right questions to make sure we got the right size unit she even showed me different size units so I could visually see the amount of room I would have to work with. If I ever need to store anything again I will definitely call her. She's so nice and makes sure you're getting the unit you need and explains everything that you need to know.

This was the most pleasant experience I had with any business located in Metairie. I suspect it is because the kiosk is self serve with live help from outside of this area- but still. I was in and out super fast, it was super easy, super secure, and affordable. I wish more businesses here would embrace technology because most of would rather deal with a computer screen and live support via video call, than deal with people with no sense of urgency who don’t want to be at work (looking at the U place). I highly recommend this storage facility.

Mr. Landry was extremely helpful with my questions. The facility is very clean and temperature controlled for inside units so very comfortable. Good security as well with the gated parking area for loading and unloading vehicles. The hand trucks are an important feature for convenience and are easily available close to the doorway.
