Kara, I believe her name is . She runs this place . I have bought many units from places all around Wichita with public storage seems every time there’s an issue and it takes so long for me to pay . And not many have pleasant personalities. I had 4 units this time and met Kara for the first time . I honestly thought she was a manager or something because of how professional she was and all the knowledge she had . She worked that computer like nobody’s business lol . I had all four units paid by the time it usually takes me to pay 1 . I was in shock that she has only been there 6 months . Very professional.great personality even first thing in the morning. I like her .. kudos to Kara . Keep up the good work!

We got a 10x10 and that wasnt big enough for us. So she quickly transferred that unit to a 10x16 and had us taken care of in a matter of about 2 minutes! Would highly recommend!!!
