I reserved a small unit but when the day came there were no small units available. I then had to pay double what I was quoted just to move my stuff in. Luckily, the property manager was nice and helped me as much as possible. I also like that it’s self serving.
Property Kiosk operated but clean. PT Property Manager Aliya showed me space sizes, and was very helpful with my inquiry.
Tiara Was a lot of help
So helpful in all areas. At 65yo, I'm not techno saavy!!! Yet, both the manager & the computer face lady were so patient & kind with this whole process, which I gave up on after the first 4 hrs of trying. So, I went in person. With their help, was done in less than 10 minutes.

I rented a storage unit on Carey Lane after a very unfortunate and transitional period in my life. With nowhere to put my most precious belongings for a long while, I dreaded them being in an old dusty storage unit.
Bouncing back and forth on good and bad financial times, Angie with Public Storage has stayed in close contact with me. Helped me in the best way that she could. And kept my belongings safe. Nice gentleman at the desk. Very helpful. Storing almost my entire house as I leave my home and look for an apartment. So, stressful time in my life right now. I feel my unit is very secure, and like that they sold covers to wrap my mattress and box springs in, as well as dehumidifier. They have a new lock system from what they had in the past, where you have to bring your own lock. Very secure.
