It did take a while to find the unit, behind an unmarked door. Little concerned about the sunlight coming into the unit, as well as what appears to be a water damaged ceiling. I put my stuff in it anyway and am hoping for the best!
Site Manager viewed the unit with me and assured me the space was fit. The unit only showed damage from previous renters trying to fit too large of items into the space. Public Storage went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the rental unit.

Rented a great unit at Public Storage to store my daughter's dorm furniture. The online process was so easy. Got a great price. Stopped in to see the facility. Tina was incredible. She verified my information, answered my insurance questions, and was absolutely lovely. Update: I had questions in July. Tina returned my call in an hour and was able to answer all my questions. When we arrived in August for move in, we discovered our lock keys were back in Chicago. Tina talked me off the ledge and helped come up with solutions. Our unit was secure, dry, and easy to access. We definitely will rent from Public Storage again. Tina is the best!
