We've had a unit at this location for many years, but recently, it was bought out by Public Storage. (Used to be Idaho Connection).
WHAT A NIGHTMARE.
Their customer service is worthless and they've already raised our rates. The property manager from before was incredible, but when I've called, I haven't spoken to her, so I'm not sure if she's there anymore. Since it's changed over to Public Storage, our NFC card that we bought for the gate no longer works and the gate doesn't work with the code OR the app more than half of the time. I tried chatting with an agent when we couldn't get in the gate, but it was "outside of business hours". Tried calling the number for help, no answer. We wasted gas and time trying to get through the gate, but only one of the 2 would actually function. Public Storage is a joke. Please choose somewhere else, anywhere else.
We'll be changing Storage places ASAP.
Linda and EJ are awesome people and they run a great and safe and secure storage facility. They have been just like family to me and my family. They care about their customers and they’re very personable people. I would always keep my stuff here as long as they’re running it. Thanks guys
