Easy to access and set up.
Public Storage surprised me with their performance (I'm rarely surprised) in handling the purchase of the storage facility previously operated by Storage Sense. Storage Sense seemingly forgot what "market value" meant, and drive up prices for years (probably so they could sell it). Public Storage actually REDUCED my rent cost, after they came in and evaluated it! Public Storage management and communication has been excellent so far too! If you left because of Storage Sense financial issues or bad upper management, consider giving Public Storage a chance! I'm pleased.
Overall great experience. I spoke with someone on the phone who was helpful with answering my initial questions- then went to the location so I could see the unit size in person- Big Rob was helpful, kind, and answered all the questions I had. Great customer service!

I love the option of ordering. Most places say you're able to order online and then they say to call to find out the final price. I was able to do everything online on a weekend, and start moving things in right away the same day. It was so easy in the price was great. Everything was so quick and convenient and easy.
