Oliver was an amazing help, they got me set up with a new unit after the call center blatantly ignored my request for one that was the size of a small bedroom. If you ever find yourself coming by when no one is in the office, DO NOT try to set yourself up over the phone!!

This is a great Public Storage location. It's brand new and the units are nice and clean. I love that they are indoor and climate controlled. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a perfect location and the price point for the storage unit and monthly insurance are worth it.

Public Storage on Worthington Circle in Fort Collins Colorado has an excellent team of employees. But allow me to tell you about the shining star. LYNITA went above and beyond today. Around 5 pm today I was straddle walking my 651 pound motorcycle out of storage. I slipped and the Harley fell over onto it's crash bar. And try as I may I could not find the leverage to lift the bike. I would have been stuck there all night had it not been for LYNITA. She did not hesitate to lend a hand. Together we lifted the motorcycle and I was able to get the stand back under it. Thank you Publix Storage. Thank you LYNITA. CHRIS...
