I am sad to say that we were very disappointed with the local Public Storage. This is our first time trying to work with Public Storage, but by no means the first time we’ve worked with a storage unit. We rented a small unit in order to store our motorcycle, and needed to be able to trickle-charge it, which we have ALWAYS been able to do at any other unit we’ve worked with. Once the motorcycle was taken to storage it was discovered that there wasn’t an outlet, but there was a lightbulb fixture. We were told that we just needed to buy a lightbulb, however, when my husband did just that, it was apparent that there actually wasn’t any electricity at all. So we pulled the motorcycle from the unit, and left behind the lock. After several calls, we are not told that we will only be refunded the charge for the lock, but not the first month’s rent (even thought we were only occupying the unity for 3 days), nor the administration fee. We are very unhappy with the false advertising, and the refusal to refund us. We will NEVER try to use a Public Storage again.

Business charged me a full month for taking off the lock from my unit at opening time the morning I was supposed to have vacated my unit.
This is the experience you can expect from any public storage, as their customer service said it was their company policy.
I don't recommend using them as there are more customer friendly places.

Wanted to speak with someone so I could determine which size I needed. Julia was so helpful and kind. I couldn't set a time to meet with anyone due to never knowing when I would be off work or other time obligations. I was so happy to find someone in this office ( I had tried other storage places) but no one was ever in the office . I also like hard copy contracts as I rarely have access to printers. There are better storage places around town for a better price. They don't clear the ice or salt it. They raised the price on me $40 with no notice. The gate freezes shut when it gets super cold. And every unit is on an incline.
