i’ve had this unit for a very long time with no complaints whatsoever. however a small issue came up with my payment going through the app, so when i contacted public storage about it, Cindy was a pleasure to work with, she helped me run my card again and made the whole situation easy and hassle free. highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and very efficient storage unit.

I received excellent service from Krista. My situation was very challenging as I live overseas, but Krista was able to bring out-of-the-box solutions to navigate the corporate policies and help me secure the appropriate storage unit for my furniture and boxes. I highly recommend working with her. The facilities themselves were very clean and well kept. I recommend them highly. Yesterday, 8/30/24, I received excellent service from Rick. He was very helpful and courteous in navigating me through transferring my unit. I was downsizing and wasn’t sure which size unit I would need. But Rick sorted me out.

I just called about my rent going up this month. My finances are very tight right now. Cindy was able to give me a discount for 3 months which is the help I need. Thank you, Cindy for the help and kindness!!

DO NOT USE THEM! My units were broken into TWO different times!! Both times they climbed over the top of the unit. They DO NOT notify all customers of break ins and they are evidently happening ALL the time. I can not believe that Public Storage doesn't have cameras as a deterrent. Today I learned that every single unit in the building can be entered by people climbing over the top. Because there are no cameras, the thieves just continue to do it. They obviously have a unit in the building and can take their sweet time robbing the place. After the first time my unit was broken into over a year ago, the manager Billie Jean (who I discovered has a criminal record (vehicular assault, Pueblo CO) along with her husband and son (larceny and attempted murder, Pueblo CO) ensured me that there were now cameras in the storage unit. THIS IS A LIE! According to the new managers, there are zero cameras inside the storage halls and the people robbing the place know this!! Additionally, Public Storage will not call the police if your stuff is stolen. You are literally on your own. (Big LOL because cameras are being installed in the office but not the unit itself.) Your stuff is not safe here. They did nothing to fix this issue except offer me a different unit. Lol. I am incredibly frustrated about the lack of security, customer service and initiative. The fact that they don't notify everyone in the building when there are robberies seems incredibly suspect to me. Also - fun fact - the husband of the former manager, Billie Jean, left a glowing review of her on the website where he mentioned he rented a unit... Shady, shady, shady. The new management was very nice and helpful in dealing with this, but if Public Storage doesn't empower their employees to guarantee people's stuff is safe, or notify them of break-ins, or call the police... the cycle will continue.

Absolutely top-notch service, value and satisfaction with my introductory move-in with this Public Storage facility. Billie Jean and Kali went out of their way to make this process as efficient and pleasant as one could want. I thank both them and Public Storage, as a multi-year loyal customer and look forward to remaining so in the future.

Switched out my units to a more convenient location, set me up with autopay, helped me cancel my insurance, and also brought me a cart from the other side of the building (because other ones were in use). Well lit access anytime great customer service

Public Storage is a joke. They have no cameras in the halls or anything to prevent/identify people from climbing over the walls into the units. I came in to find my unit destroyed by someone who used the movable stairs to climb into my unit. The property manager said they know this is a problem but the higher ups don’t have any plans to fix this. If you value your property don’t trust this company ever!

I rented my unit this morning and Billie Jean was a great help with all of my questions. There should be more like her.

After having to consolidate my storage in Parker and move things closer to home I left a 50 foot by 18 ft unit 24-hour access and stumbled upon Public Storage in Northern Colorado Springs on Highway 21 at blue Horizon. Not ever having been to a storage facility that is multi-level I was apprehensive at first but be assured the gentleman that was there to help me and answer all my questions reassured me that I could secure a couple large units if necessary outside with a similar access. Assess the units seems that this will work out perfect and be within only a few minutes from my new residence. I want to thank Max for giving me a tour, a walk around and information in regard to the size of the units as well as a visual showing me where the units were outside, how accessible and how the units were fit for size. He told me also there were other facilities around town that possibly could handle something similar to what had Parker but hard to come bye which I did call and confirm that information. Overall Blue Horizon is a fantastic facility and a great location very clean organized and well thought after. The employee Max was very knowledgeable thorough quick and quite energetic which made this process so much easier and seamless where as it could have definitely been a daunting and frustrating day thanks again Max oh and ironically this man happened to have first-hand knowledge of the facility I was at in Parker so he know exactly the size of unit I was in and what I was meeting I can't say enough great things this was surely a blessing and I'm meant to be situation today thanks again looking forward to a smooth process renting from this location

The online listing for the storage locker I rented was misleading. Once I arrived at the facility after reserving the locker, I found out that the locker was not at ground level and I needed to wheel over stairs to access it. I needed to store some heavy things, so this was problematic for me. Also, my locker door only opened part of the way because of a vent on the ceiling blocking it. This locker was possibly the worst locker in the entire building, and that was not effectively communicated when I reserved it online. The price of the locker increased by 35% a few months after that start of my rental period. One of the three times I accessed my locker, there were no carts available for transporting my items despite there only being 4 or 5 cars in the parking lot. 20-30 minutes of my time was wasted waiting for a cart to become available. That being said, the manager was friendly and helpful when I told her about my dissatisfaction, and she was able to issue me a partial refund for the locker.

Went into another location yesterday to rent a unit. Was turned away since payment is cash. Went to this location this morning after calling the location and confirming all method of payments are accepted, same gentleman turned us away for paying cash. The gentleman from yesterday informed the person renting in front of us (also attempting to pay cash) that they take checks and money orders but no cash…checks over cash?? Seriously? Nowhere on the website does it state they don’t accept cash. I wouldn’t waste your time and find another company

The people at this location make this place great - Billie Jean is taking care of it! Most people are only picking storage units based on price and location, including myself, but having good people there makes a difference. I was not impressed with the online experience reserving a unit, with hidden fees and inability to select the right dates and units. When I showed up in person, Billie Jean squared it away. She also personally checks the grounds and ensures the units are secure, so I know my belongings are safe. Really happy with the in-person experience. Skip Public Storage's miserable web experience and just go straight to the sales office on site.

Absolute ****hole. If you want everything you put in there stolen the next day this is the storage for you. Someone broke into my storage the day after I put my stuff in there and stole all my valuables. The management didn't even know for another 6 days. Noone answers the phone. The management is never there so you have to wait multiple days to get a hold of a manager.

The manager Krista is incredibly incompetent. Staff is rarely to be found during posted business hours. Company policies are not coherent and stable enough to be reliable. Find another location. You have been warned.

Came in to get a last minute storage for some extra things from my move and Patricia was just the best help in helping me find the a unit to fit my boxes and extra belongings. Walked me through all the steps and made me feel attended to! Recommend her for every person looking to get a storage at this location

I had the best experience with Ms. Patricia, she is so nice and helpful, went above and beyond to help me.

I go to look at a unit I reserved. The property manager was off-site for more than an hour during business hours. The customer service line told me to complete the digital rental application to pay to get inside, and they'd refund it or edit it if I wasn't satisfied with the unit. I pay it. I get inside. I estimated incorrectly, and need a larger unit. I call back and ask them to edit my unit. They said the property manager has to do it. I ask them to refund everything then. They said the property manager has to do that too. I asked them if I could drive to another location in town and have them process the refund. They said the property manager on-site has to ALSO do that. The one I've been waiting on to show up this entire time. I showed up at 3:20pm and finally left at 4:35pm. They close at 6pm. I paid $50 to sit in a parking lot for an hour.

I do not recommend Public Storage. Rate increases multiple times. Recently, Public Storage inceased my bill by 39%.

I was there bright and early when the office opened. I was greeted professionally by Krista who was extremely helpful. She was able to get me in and out very quickly and was very knowledgeable of her property and what they had to offer. The facility was very clean and customer service was impeccable! I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who is looking to rent a storage unit.

Convenient location, the building is, I believe, less than 2 years old and it is very clean. I stored my household goods here for almost a year between moves and everything looked great coming out. The staff was always responsive to questions and helped us to find a 2nd unit as close as possible to the first when we needed it. Easy/direct access to the 2 lower levels (1 in front of bldg, 1 in back), and there's a quick/large elevator to get you to the top floor if you have a unit there. Never had to search for a cart - they were always around at the entrance. A great choice for storage. Tip: check the corp website at different times for the best pricing.

They go up on the rent every other month. The customer service is horrible. If they even decide to call you back they are horribly rude. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very helpful customer service

Very few legitimate storage renters. Seems like more of a place for conducting surveillance on people who are truly renting units. Never an employee in sight to offer assistance or to be seen walking the facility to check if everything is on the up and up. Mainly midsize SUVs and jeeps are what you'll find lurking the parking lot. Out of all the units supposedly being used based on the amount of actual locks on units, the only time I ever see anyone else in the facility is when they just happen to be utilizing their units.. but those units exist only in the same hallway as me and never anywhere else. So my hallway is always busy but only shortly after I get there and until about 5 minutes after I leave. The facility seems only to be busy when I'm there and never when observing from a distance or passing bye on my way somewhere else. Call me crazy but see for yourself. Gangstalkers are flooding your city Colorado Springs. Don't let these people get comfortable. You too will become a target in no time. Laugh as much as you'd like. Our world is changing and it's not for the better.
