This is a very nice and clean facility. I've only been here a few months, and was a bit alarmed when my rent was scheduled to increase substantially. I asked Jojo at the front desk about it, and left, thinking nothing could be done about it. However a few hours later, she called me and worked some magic to help reduce the cost a little bit, which I am thankful for, cause I plan to be here awhile!!

The attendant at this site noticed I had forgotten to close my unit, and called me within 20 min to make sure I knew. I live hours away, so rhat could've been terrible.

I like the facility but they have raised my rates now 5 TIMES in a little over a years time. Yes, I understand getting lured in with a super cheap price but now my rates have more than QUADRUPLED!!!! THIS SHOULDNT BE LEGAL. I'm on a fixed income with a tight budget. My space is now unaffordable. Now I have to find a truck and trailer along with some help to get out of there. I can't begin to tell you how upset I am. Additionally, I was charged incorrectly for a lock which I returned. It's now been a year and I'm still trying to get reimbursed!!!! I was told numerous times my account would be credited. Dummy me assumed that would happen so I shorted my payment. Well they didn't credit my account and instead was sent into a LIEN STATUS. This added an additional $150 to my account which I had to pay or I would have lost ALL of my belongings . They didn't try to work with me...they didn't even care about my situation. I have grown bitter and hateful toward this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DANGER ZONE!!!!!
I am not happy with Public Storage here. I moved my stuff in July 2025 and the rate went up within 6 months. Now it is going up again here in September. Why?! Don't bother explaining. I'll be moving out soon and keeping my money. I don't appreciate being sucked in by a special so you can over charge me for it later.
I had my storage for over a year, they have been amazing to me. I haven’t had a problem, even when I accidentally took my auto pay off, they called and made sure everything was okay! Jojo is amazing and is the sweetest person ever! Will be back if I need to store my items again!

Don't even bother with this place. I've been a loyal PAYING resident for 4 years and only when Public Storage took them over is when everything went to trash. I live out of state and only here for a limited time to clean some things out. When they replaced the digital locks with physical ones I couldn't get in. I'm completely locked out. I have a gate code that doesn't work, my door does not open and when I called customer support they said that they only have "appointments" for the following day. I'm well within the timeframe a property manager should be on site to help with issues like this and haven't seen one all day. Very frustrated since I have a small window to get this fixed before I take off again. I will be moving out completely. Not to mention when I first moved in it was only $35 for a 5X5. I am now paying $61 with no access and poor customer service and a property manager who doesn't show up to work. DO NOT TRUST THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Edit: This was originally a 1 star review for the reasons above. Mind you, they did fix the issue but only AFTER I posted the bad review. Therefore I changed my rating to 3 stars instead. Jojo (the property manager on site the day after) was very apologetic and very helpful I don't blame her. She is the very reason I am changing my rating because I do believe she cares for people. However, I do blame customer service. I called 5 times and twice they hung up on me. The regional supervisor did come down himself to fix the problem rather than having me wait any longer for maintenance who was 3 hours away and I really appreciated that as well. My problem is why all these solutions happened the day after I needed in my unit. Rest assured I am all moved out now and don't have to deal with this anymore. Don't think I will ever use Public Storage again because my trust in them is now ruined but I do think that this particular location learned from this experience.
Jojo has respect for the rules and operates a clean facility. I have not experienced anything but someone willing to help me maintain compliance when I have questions😀.

DO NOT USE!!! I got a unit back in around November, the price was around 65$ I called and spoke with them before committing because I notice there was no lock in for the price. I ask them, is this one of those things where you get me in at a low price then jack it up 2 months later? The lady assured me no there would be no price increase and if there was it would be well over 6 months from then. Well surprise, surprise, 3 months later I get notified they are raising my price by around 30$. They get you in low, then you move everything in, After its all in and you don't wanna move it all again, they jack the price up .
Too bad I have to leave one star. They deserve none. Was told three days to find another storage and move all belongings because I drive an older vehicle and the oil leaked a bit, Left dogs in can while on property, guess that's not allowed? Came in one day after work to move some things out, took about 4 hours, and was told that I was there to long, guess Ryan said we can only be on property for no longer an HOUR??????
Glad to take my business elsewhere, will be seeing them in court.

I absolutely love Jojo and Cathy in the office. Those women are AMAZING! I have never met such nice people. In today’s world Thats hard to come by and they were so sweet, super informative, and overall the best help ever. Any and all questions I had was answered immediately. They showed me the ropes to everything I needed to do and made sure I was all set. Great communication with both me and my husband. I would literally buy a storage unit just because of them. Well it was a nice and friendly for the past 6 months. However these past couple of weeks im limited on how long I can be there and can no longer do minor repairs on my vehicle all of a sudden. I've been paying $180 a month and never had anything said to me until now. I dont leave trash behind nor have I been a nuisance until now I guess. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Great storage facility. Easy process to get units.
We have two units here and since Public Storage took over we have been locked entirely out of the property, locked out of our units, our auto pay was discontinued without notice, we were promised a credit to compensate for all of the errors during the transition and when we asked about it, we were told that what we were promised was incorrect so we are now only getting a fraction of what was promised. If you have anything stored here, don't plan on having access to it in an emergency and know that they do not live up to their promises. Definitely looking for other options!
This facility has recently changed hands. It is now a Public Storage. You know the Orange/White people…. Anyway
The customer service for the new company has been spot on; Patty, helped me over the phone, and was even nicer, in person! The gate access hours have changed, they close an hour earlier. But, so far, so good.
The Brighton location has been an excellent place to work with , always coming up with an idea of something I might need or understanding Issues that May have come up In the past. I was able to do everything online from choosing size of unit to signing necessary documents and making payments. I had used it previously and it was kind of rocky but based on this year they have worked out the kinks and made everything more user friendly.
