The best thing about Public Storage is the Customer Service! Two thumbs up for Morgan. He is the best! Friendly, a good communicator, and extremely helpful. The facility is clean, has a well functioning app, and was a great solution for my short term storage needs.
Morgan was extremely helpful, and even stayed after his time to make sure we had all of our information. As well he made the whole enroll process so much easier.

Property, prices and management are great
Big Rob , Zach , Morgan ,Patty are very friendly and do their best to answer questions and help in any way they can.The facility is always clean even on cold winter days I see them out salting the front gate area to make it easier for customers to get in and up the small hill. They are walking the lot checking on people or just keeping an eye on things. And always speak unless with other customers even then they at least acknowledge I'm here.it makes me feel more than just a customer.

I love the gate feature on the app., it allows you access in and out from your vehicle without out having to get out and type the code.
I had a last minute need for a storage unit after moving to Loveland and Carla was amazing at helping me get in and all set up at their facility. 10/10 would recommend using Storage Star Loveland the next time you find yourself in need of some extra space!

Just loved doing business with this company! I was having issues with my mover and called Wyatt Jones to let him know we had a sketchy delivery time and if he cold open the big gate to let the Tractor Trailer in. We spoke at least 3 times before the mover got there. Wyatt was so helpful and professional. He definitely didn't have to go above and beyond like he did but, he did make the move so much easier. Way better than the other place I went to (who still hasn't refunded me my money for the deposit after renting me a unit that still had someone else's stuff in it).

Business has been great. I have 2 units, upon making my reservation I got a call soon after each time. The first one was late evening around 6/7pm and I was very pleased and thankful that someone reached out to me within minutes and I was able to get into my new unit that night, hassle free & completed everything online.
This 2nd time I made my reservation as I was headed to the storage facility, by time I made it there I had been contacted and informed someone would be there shortly to assist me (the employee that is at this location was out for the day- I’m assuming), not only was I contacted but the employee BIG ROD had pulled in behind me seconds later! I later found out he traveled from Berthoud to the FtCollins location to assist me. He was a pleasure to work with, he went out his way to make sure this was an easy and quick process. He also taught me something that I had no idea the app offered!
Overall it has been a great experience these guys are here to help this be the smoothest, fastest and hassle free of paperwork process . I thank everyone who is apart of this company !
I read so many horror stories about storage facilities in Fort Collins, but Public Storage is great! The reservation process is automated and very easy. The facility is clean and secure, and the on-site team member was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Public Storage in Fort Collins, especially if you need something last minute like I did!

Needed a short-term storage unit because of a move, spoke with Zach who gave me all the information I needed and helped me get set up with everything we needed to meet our needs. Zach was great from first communication with Premier Storage and has been very helpful & attentive with any questions/concerns since then. Didn't want to go with the Contactless option. I could see the location was a good fit, but felt it necessary for myself to visit the site first.
What I found when I arrived was great for a storage facility and meets those needs. The counter person was polite and very helpful. The security, (gate and entry codes) is a pretty standard.
If you are thinking about using the Contactless rent option I say go for it.

Our house is small and we have limited space, so it was time to swap out our storage needs. We worked with Zachary and he explained the benefits of actually getting a larger unit to hold it all some of the seasonal stuff we were keeping around the house. I just moved to Fort Collins from North Carolina, and Zachary was the first friendly face I met. And after the long non-stop 26 hour drive, it was nice. We needed help with finding a storage facility and deciding on the right size and he went over the various options with us. He was really great to work with and patient with us in deciding which unit would be best. Public Storage, you guys have a really great guy representing your company. Please have a plan and discuss with any moving companies you may use to haul your items- and discuss with the property manager as well. He has tips, suggestions and great advice and guidance on companies. I made that mistake by not talking to him first and had a company whose truck was too large to effectively travel through the corridors and a lot of time and energy was wasted (moving company not Public Storage!)
Location is great, albeit not the easiest to access first time showing up- but if you rent there it won’t be a problem and you’ll find your groove fast. It is on quite a hill- but that means there’s no worry about water damage to your items!
