Pretty well oiled machine at this point. If I have complaints it would be for premises to be open/available entry later than the current closing time. I tend to be more of a night owl & it would be helpful to be open later.
Otherwise no other issues to speak of. The staff has been friendly & helpful the couple of times I needed assistance & usually a cart/hand truck is available whenever I need one.
Also, on a side note gas station next door on Vanowen has cheapest gas in LA!!

Haden at the Vanowen property is literally an angel!! We had to move storage units suddenly and he completely took care of us. We could not have done any of it without him. He was fast, friendly, and somehow made paperwork feel like a victory lap. Clean facility, easy process, and customer service so good I almost wanted to store more stuff just to hang out.

In life, you rarely get a 5 star experience. Movies don’t seem to be as good as they used to, restaurants have iPads now, and customer service has gone the way of the dinosaur. Well, at least I used to believe that last part. We called up Public Storage yesterday in a moment of need, and boy, did they deliver. We wanted to take a look at a few different sized units in the North Hollywood area and the gentleman we spoke to on the phone directed us to a few affordable options at this Vanowen location. We cruised over and parked in the very spacious lot, and then wandered inside the lobby. Haden was sitting at the front desk waiting to greet us. His friendliness was immediately disarming, and he made us feel like VIP customers. He showed us the two differently sized units and gave us ample time to make our final decision. He walked us through the entire process, not missing a single detail, and swiftly set us up with our dream storage unit. We were able to begin moving our items just a few minutes later. Public Storage, and most importantly, Haden, saved the day.

We had our child with us and left work . So we went to this location and Marco helped answer our question about our lock and access. He was so helpful, caring and we were not even at his storage facility. Platinum customer service . We wish we had moved our stuff to his location .

So far so good. It’s only day 3 of moving my stuff into my first ever storage unit. Hayden was awesome and helped me with a space that accommodated my needs. I haven’t seen the bathroom yet but outside of that and a couple spiders here and there it’s pretty clean well maintained location.

The BEST humans work here!!! I originally was only going to rent for just a few months and ended up renting for over a year!! Clean facility. Perfect climate control. Great staff. I moved in back in August, I am a pandemic nurse who dedicated his life to helping people and in September I became unemployed through no fault of my own. Shortly before that, my car broke down and through a series of costly repairs my accounts became drained very quickly, I fell behind, I notified both storage companies "Price Self Storage" & this facility, Price refused to work with me, charging me astronomical amounts for their spaces to rent, and their staff are notoriously rude. They don't interact with you at all unless they want money from you. If you need anything from them they stare at you with a look that seems to say "how dare you talk to me" Thanks to their over priced units I racked up quite the bill extremely quickly so much so that by the time I found steady work again it was going to take me time to save up the payment. In the end the contents of my storage locker were sold at auction for a $100 meanwhile the contents of the locker were easily 15x that. Lets discuss security, simply put, unbeatable. The site has 3 sets of locked security doors that can only be unlocked by your phone, then once inside you have your actual security lock on your unit. Public storage worked with me during this time, they understood my struggles and they made me deals, trusted me, and sympathized with me, and in the end? I am not gainfully employed again, suing my old employer, and i am up to date on payments and enrolled in autopay with public storage. Silver linings.

I called around and landed a conversation with Hayden. He booked my appointment and after he heard my story he showed me his rates (which are wayyy cheaper) and he ended up giving me a special rate that was available that day.
I couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness, easy access and awesome management. Ask for Hayden, coolest guy on the planet!

Rented a unit online came to the facility to find out it was to small, went to upgrade and customer service said I would lose all my promos and the web price. Came into the location where Haden & David assisted me in keeping the price from the web and my $1 special. I highly recommend Haden & David and highly recommended not dealing with the phone customer service because they are worthless
