We have used this storage facility for about 4 years with no issues. Today, us old people could not find a cart to haul our stuff to our upstairs unit. Office person wanted an ID for me to use a cart. OK, fine. Us old people unloaded our stuff onto the cart, went to the elevator and it is out of order. Only one in the place. Directions are there for us to use the outside stairwell. Did I mention we are old??? So we old people UNLOADED our stuff back into our car and returned the cart for my ID back. The person working had no idea when the elevator would be fixed. There was no signage on the outside door BEFORE we unloaded all our stuff about the out-of-order elevator. No signage about needing to go to the office with an ID to obtain a cart. Very shoddy customer service. It will take awhile for my blood pressure to return to normal and we will definitely CALL first before going back.

I had very good experiences until l recently when they changed their policy on carts. Previously they had been inside the main building. They moved them to the office where you had to leave your driver's license. That was fine but it would have nice if they had left a note so I would not have to search the entire building. Now I am trying to move out. No one is in the office in order to get a v a cart and the elevator is broken. I finally got hold of a customer service person who told me that this site is a reservation site if you want to speak to a manager. I never heard that when I rented nor was anything sent in writing. I will not rent here again.

Price increase after price increase now they won’t even trust their price gouged customers with a cart unless they walk to the office and leave a drivers license. A sign stating carts are available in the office would be very helpful or log who comes and who stole a cart so that honest people aren’t punished. Evan was great to work with. He took his time to show us around the property and treated us like family. Excellent service!

Evan is great. This will be our third unit we are renting and he has helped us every step of the way. He is a good asset to have at this location.

If you like to be harassed, nit picked on and watched on video by the guy at the counter then this is the place for you. The climate controlled part sucks since my storage is on the 2nd floor and it's super hot cause the hall I'm in doesn't have a vent for the AC, also make sure you DONT EVER and I mean EVER get locked inside and have to call the 800# cause the dude at the counter will tell you that if it happens again you will have to vacate even though it was accidental.. Then you can't have friends come help you pack up things to get ready for it to be moved without corporate saying you have to leave and that you can only be there at the facility for 2hrs, and when I asked if it was in the contract they said it was, but clearly they didn't think I would look for myself and what did I discover WOW it says nothing of the sort except no loitering allowed.. So I pay 150.00 a month not to store my things only but to be harassed, treated like a child, nit picked on and watched by the guy at the counter, all I have to say is don't rent here if you don't want to deal with people that own and work there...

Today I moved my stuff into the Public Storage in Oro Valley. I had researched pricing and found them to be VERY good. The whole process was great and easy. First impressions are important and when I arrived I found the facility very clean and easy to move around. My space was clean and prepared as promised. I stopped by the office and was greeted by Evan. Very friendly and helpful. Got me squared away with setting up my app to gain access. I was very impressed (not easily done) with the experience and highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Great area, great storage units, and even better employees. Evan was extremely helpful today with every question/concern I had and they even went out of their way to help me jump my car!

Moving out of our storage unit to find it infested with black widows and many other kinds of spiders. Their spider webs are on everything. Black widows with baby nests spun in the ceiling. Black widows popping out of bins. Entire floor of unit blanketed with droppings of some kind. Management will not help you.

I had a great experience preparing to upgrade to a larger unit at the Oro Valley location. If you want exceptional customer service, ask for Evan!

Entrance off of Oracle is unsafe! You are traveling at 45mph, the turn is coming up slow down a little ok almost there ARRGH!! THATS NOT THE TURN?! YOU'RE GOING TO MISS IT! YOU GOING TO FAST! QUICK TURN! AAAAHHH! Whew! Made it. This time. Why isn't there a sign before the turn someone is going to get killed.

Great storage place, very well kept and excellent security. The property manager Evan is excellent always will to help and provides excellent customer service. I would not use another storage facility.

Our rent for our storage unit started out at $250. We have had this storage for 2 years and the rent has gone up and up. We will now have to pay $400 for the same unit. We will be moving our items out as soon as possible. There is no reason for our rent to increase $150 over 2 years.

Manager is unprofessional and the office is not staffed properly to allow you into the facility during office hours.... these reviews are fakes and a promotion in which they take money off of your rent in return for favorable review that they have to negate the real reviews.

Just got a great deal on a storage unit in the Oro Valley Location! Evan was super helpful and was an honest salesman who gave me all the info I needed without a overblown sales pitch ! I will be recommending this place for my colleagues !

I NEEDED A CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE FOR MY PIANO DURING THE PERIOD BETWEEN WHEN I HAD TO MOVE AND THE AVAILABILITY OF MY NEW HOME, ABOUT 3 MONTHS. THE FACILITY HAD JUST WHAT I NEEDED. THE PROCESS OF SIGNING UP WAS EASY, EVAN SHOWED ME MY OPTIONS AND WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE $30 ADMIN FEE CHARGED BY THE COMPANY. SEEMS LIKE THEY SHOULD BE PAYING ME FOR MY BUSINESS, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. I GUESS THIS IS THE NEW NORMAL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.

I cannot recommend this storage facility. Their rates went up, security went down. There was a break in through several units in the climate controlled building and none of the tenants through the row that it happened were notified. Their app constantly crashes when trying to use it to open the gate, the doors into the climate controlled building used to have codes on them but now they have been broken off or just deactivated. The security cameras (not enough of them through the building either) conveniently were being switched during the time of the break in. I started out renting in January of 2020 a 10x15 for $84.59 after everything-including the required insurance, by March of 2020 it was $149.28, and then by the time I left (BECAUSE OF THE BREAK IN) it was $259.98. I just left 4/28/22. There is no actual district manager for Tucson, the DM working is based in California and doesn’t return promised phone calls. I think the entire facility needs to shut down, pay for all of their tenants to move somewhere else and redo their entire building to make it more secure as they say “we treat your stuff like ours” well if that’s true then I don’t want to see theirs because it isn’t right. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Evan was the only positive in the situation, he was nice about everything and very apologetic because there isn’t anything he can do.

Donielle is absolutely fantastic... was greeted with a warm smile, and cheerful disposition. Came to pay my bill, and asked about an issue with the unit. She immediately offered to help me, bringing necessary supplies (which I had asked for from gentleman that works there... was told in a surly tone they DID NOT DO that) and solved my issues in minutes with a promise of followup of things I was still concerned with. Brilliant service, wish Donielle at this location full time - she is amazing.

We were so happy to find Public Storage was open on a Sunday. Evan was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend this location!!

Evan was super helpful in getting our storage bldg set up. He was informative of the supplies we would need, he shared specials and discounts and when my husband asked about the rental insurance, we have it through our insurance, he was helpful in getting that removed. I felt Evan knew exactly what he was doing and it made me feel super safe in leaving my belongings here.

We’ve been here for about 2 years. Last year they raised the rent 30%. Today we received notice of another 25% increase effective February 1. From $218 to $288 for a 10x15. I guess they figure they can get it and I’m sure they will. Just not from us. We out!

Even was very helpful, made sure I know he would be open even over the holiday weekend if I needed anything to facilitate my move.
